Bella's POV

Who does she think she is? She just turns up here like it's no big deal, after everything she has put Louis through, I'm literally biting my tongue.

"I don't think you should be here." Louis says as he looks at her, he looks sad and I know how much he liked her. But he can't be nice to her, not after this.

"I was so worried about you, I had to make sure you were okay. I don't care what Max thinks." She says as she walks towards him and she places her hand on his leg. I feel jealousy and anger fire up in me.

"That's the thing, it's all about you isn't it Emily?" I ask as I can't stop myself from confronting her. I feel Louis' eyes on me, but I keep mine firmly fixed on her. She frowns as she looks at me.

"This is about me and Louis." She answers and I smile sarcasticly.

"No, it's about you. You did this to him, you brought Louis into your life whilst your going out with a psycho who doesn't care what damage he causes. I know people like you and I don't like them interfering with my friend." I snap and she looks at me in disbelief before turning back to Louis.

"I am sorry." She says to him as she completely ignores what I have just said. I look down in shock as I can't believe someone could be so ignorant.

"You should go." Louis sighs and I glance up at him. "I don't want to do this, not now. When I'm ready, I'll get the answers I need." He asks and Emily sighs as she let's go of his leg.

"You know how I feel about you, this was never supposed to happen. I never wanted this." Emily says and Louis looks away, I look back at her and I decide to stick up for my friend.

"This did happen though, don't you see what you've caused? If you had left Louis alone then he would never be led here with several stitches in his leg. Just do as he says and leave. " I say and Emily looks at me with a disgusted look.

"This is not your problem, Louis and I can talk things out without you butting your nose in. So if you don't mind-" I stop her there,

"Actually I do mind because Louis is my friend. I know him hell of alot more than you do and I care about him. This-" I point to his leg, "Is disgusting, that's the sort of person you are going out with, sick, violent person. You don't ever deserve Louis, now he knows the truth and the baggage that you carry, he won't step foot near you again." I shout but not too loudly as I don't want to attract any unwanted attention.

"Bella, that's enough." Louis sighs and I look at him in confusion, "Emily knows the drill." He adds and I shake my head at him.

"Don't even think about sticking up for her." I snap and Louis takes my hand.

"Give me a minute, please." Louis asks and I can't believe this is happening. "Trust me." He whispers and I grit my teeth. I pull my hand away from him and I roughly push past Emily as I leave the room. I stand outside the door and I go to take a seat. I hope she doesn't pull the wool over his eyes, not after this.

I get my phone and I get Harry's number up, I try to call him but it goes straight through to his voicemail, so I leave him a message.

"Harry, it's Bella. Where are you? I could do with you here," I sigh as I run a hand through my hair, "Emily has just turned up and now she's in there talking to Louis. Can you call me back?" I hang up and I put my phone back into my pocket, hopefully Harry will get back to me.

Emily's POV

I sit down in the seat that Bella was sat in. She's never liked me and I've never liked her, I can see straight through Bella and her feelings towards Louis is just over obvious. I knew she would try and get close to him once we finished, I just knew it!

"Look, I don't want you here. Bella is my friend and she deserves better than to be talked to like shit from you." Louis sighs and I look at him and frown, why is he defending her after everything we've gone through. This has nothing to do with Bella.

"She doesn't need to get involved, what happened is between us." I answer and Louis looks away.

"It's everything to do with Bella, she's the one that's been there for me. She found me after what Max and Gary did." Louis answers and I can't believe I'm witnessing this. He likes her, because she found him and became the 'hero' now Louis sees her in a different light.

"I told Max to stay away, I didn't want you to get hurt." I change the subject and he looks back at me.

"Just meeting you pushed me into the deep end Emily. You should have known what the outcome would have been, how could it ever come out good with what you did. Not only did you lie and mess me around, you hurt Holly too." Louis says and I know he's right but I've been through this so many times.

Holly hasn't forgiven me, she won't even talk to me properly but I guess I don't blame her. I wish she just knew how much I liked Louis and that I didn't mean for it all to get out of hand.

"The one thing you need to know is I was going to leave Max. I would give anything to be with you, but you know how violent he is, who knows what he would have done to me." I panic and Louis looks at me concerned, he still cares I can see it in his eyes.

"He'd never hurt you." Louis says and I smile. "But you'll never have me again. The fact that you had a bet about me, I just can't take you seriously. You've got a completely different life to me, as far as I'm aware you have issues that need to be addressed." Louis adds and I guess this is harder than I thought it would be.

"But I fell in love with you." I say and he looks away shaking his head. Just looking at him my heart melts, he's so beautiful and I wish I could just be with him happily. No Max, no Gary, no Holly and definitely no Bella.

"I don't do love." Louis says and I'm slightly surprised at his words. "I've never done it before so why would I do it with you? I could never fall for a girl like you. Not anymore." He adds and I clear my throat from the shock.

"So you like someone else? Someone like Bella?" I snap jealously and Louis frowns as he looks directly into my eyes.

"Leave Bella out of this." Louis says sternly and I roll my eyes. "Bella is the sort of girl I should be with, she wouldn't lie or get me into situations like you have. So don't make out she's a bad option, any guy would be lucky to have her." Louis adds and I think he's just confirmed everything to me, but I'm not giving up on him, not that easily.

"I'll let you have some time, you clearly need to think things through." I say as I stand up, I turn to him as I approach the door. "I am sorry." I add as I open the door and I walk out.

Bella's POV

I look up waiting impatiently for Emily to leave, what could she possibly be saying to Louis? Why would he give her a chance to say anything at all? I can't believe she thinks she has the right to turn up here, what will Max do if he finds out she is here? She obviously knows the risk she is taking, but she doesn't care about anyone else except her self. She's the most selfish person I've ever met.

"Bye Bella." Emily smiles as she walks past me. Why is she smiling so smugly? I quickly jump up and I follow her out of the hospital.

"You need to leave him alone for good Emily." I snap and she turns around and looks at me, she is no longer smiling.

"Don't threaten me, you don't know what you're getting yourself into." Emily says quietly as she walks towards me. "Keep your nose out of this." She adds.

"How could anyone be attracted to you? You're a horrible person." I answer and Emily raises her eyebrows. "I may not be a violent person, but I'm not scared of you." I add and Emily laughs.

"Yeah?" She asks and I nod. "Well you should be." She smirks and I shake my head.

"People like you shouldn't be around Louis, especially Max. But that will change when I report him to the police." I say and I turn around to walk back inside, but I am dragged away and pushed up against the wall.

"That will be the biggest mistake you will ever make, you don't understand that Max is from a completely different world than you." Emily spits as she forcefully continues to block me in against the wall. "So the best thing you can do is leave Louis alone, leave him to me and pretend that this never happened. Or else it won't just be him sat in that hospital bed." She adds and she pushes me back into the wall making me hit my head as she lets go of me.

I reach up and hold the back of my head as I try to stand up straight. My hands start to shake as I can't believe how horrible she is. What do I do about her and Louis?
