Bella's POV

I take my seat at the reception desk, thank goodness I've got tomorrow off. I've had to work six days in a row just because David doesn't want to employ another receptionist.
I do like working here but it's just the long days, I'm here from half seven until five and it just gets quite boring. The only thing that keeps me here are the people, Louis and Harry are my closest friends.

I seem to get on with guys better than girls, but I do have Daisy, my best friend that I've known since school. I think she's the only female friend that's never walked away from me.

I look at the small mirror on my desk, checking that my appearance is okay. I woke up so late this morning that I barely had time to get ready. I managed to tie my dark hair up into a high ponytail and I applied a small amount of make up. I wish I had given myself more time to add a little more.

"Good morning Bella Mozzarella!" Louis winks as he walks past me and clocks in.I can't help but smile and frown as he's never called me that before. Bella mozzarella? Where did he get that from?

"Morning Louis.." I say just in time before he heads into the garage.

"He's way too happy.." Harry says as he follows him in, I turn to look at Harry and I smile.

"It's good to see him like this compared to how he was last night.." I answer as Louis did scare me quite a bit, it was the way he quickly switched into this angry guy I didn't even recognise.

"Doesn't mean the reason of his happiness is good!" Harry sighs as he clocks in, my eyes follow him as I begin to frown at his words. "I'm not supposed to tell anyone, but he's seeing Emily." He says as he turns to face me.

My face falls blankly as my heart begins to sink. How can this be after last night? How did Emily manage to calm him down enough to gain a relationship?

"I wasn't expecting that.." I mumble loud enough for him to hear. Harry nods and glances to Louis as I do too. He's whistling along to the radio whilst looking down at his phone. Harry and I slowly look to each other.

"Why couldn't you fall for him?" Harry half smiles, half frowns as he walks away into the garage. If only Harry knew how much I already have fallen.

I've liked Louis since well, pretty much the first time I met him. Firstly it was Harry I was physically attracted too because he started here pretty much the same time I did. But when Louis came I was immediately blown away by him. It sounds awful that I just dismissed Harry because I was more taken by Louis, but I really couldn't help how strongly I felt about him.

I've never tried to tell Louis as I do value our friendship so much, I've tried to be there for him when he's having problems, especially recently with this whole Emily and Holly drama. But deep down inside it's hard to give advice on how to help him be happy with another girl, but I'm mature and old enough to know I've got to support my friend with all feelings aside.

Harry however winds us up constantly, he'd forever ask us when we'd just hurry up and hit it off, but we never did. Partly because Louis doesn't see me like that and because I'm not confident enough to try and tell Louis. Anyway now there's no point, he's infatuated with Emily so I've got no chance in hell.

I look back to Louis and Harry as they are both chatting in the garage as they put their overalls on. Louis can't stop smiling and Harry is now smirking. I've not seen Louis this happy in a long time, I just hope he continues to feel this positive throughout his relationship with Emily, I really do wish she treats him right.

"Morning Bella! Half day today, not a busy one." David says as he comes towards me from behind the desk. I turn to him and double check that I've heard right. "You've done enough hours, so finish at two." He adds.

"Thanks David.." I smile and he starts to explain that he's asking Louis to take over on reception. I can't imagine him on the reception desk, on a normal day I think he'd prefer not to do my job but seeing as he's in a positive mood, he may not mind at all.

I look back at the garage as I feel a pair of eyes on me, I meet Harry and he waves friendly at me, I smile and briefly wave back at him.

Louis' POV

"What do you think of Bella?" Harry asks as he looks at me with a smirk. I look at him and laugh as I don't know what to say.

"Bella's cool.." I answer as my phone vibrates again, Emily has been texting me all morning.

"Can you put that down for one minute?" Harry asks and I look up at him. "Don't you think Bella deserves better than cool?" He adds and I frown at him.

"What you getting at Harry?" I ask as I shove my hands in my pockets.

"I think she's beautiful." Harry says as he looks at Bella, he hasn't stopped looking at her this morning. I look to Bella as she starts typing on the computer, she looks different today, more natural. She is a beautiful girl, any guy would be lucky to have her. But if they hurt her, Harry and I would be the first to turn up on their doorstep.

Her olive skin is always so clear and smooth looking and her eyes, I've never met such amazing eyes before. The blue and green mixed with light brown causes a beautiful hazel touch, I swear she's the only person that has those colours mixed beautifully together.

I clear my throat as I start to feel weird thinking of Bella, I look away from her and Harry winks at me.

"Don't.." I laugh as I know what he's about to say, all he does is wind me up about her. I think he secretly likes her and Bella may even like him back.

"Alright.." Harry laughs as he puts his hands up in defence. He smirks as I look away from him, my phone going again. This time it's Holly, she's been asking to have me round for dinner. I need to be more blunt with her, I may not be able to tell her about Emily and I, but she will leave me alone once and for all.

I've started to realise that my chapters aren't very long :/
I don't seem to be able to fit in as much time lately and I want to post as regular as I can.
I will try and make sure to write longer chapters in the future :)
I hope you like this chapter, I've been wanting to show how Bella feels for a while :)
