Emily's POV

I try Louis' mobile one more time hoping that he will pick up, once again I'm met with his voicemail. I need to speak to him before he reaches Gary, I should be able to explain. I try his number one more time and to my surprise, he answers.

"Louis, please meet me and I can explain." I say quietly but sternly as I try to prevent Holly from hearing me.

"You're lucky, I'm outside." Louis snaps and he hangs up. I quickly run to the front door, grab my keys and I leave without my coat.
I open the car door and I get in, before I can say anything he quickly speeds away.

"You've got the wrong idea." I say as I look at him, he doesn't look as he puts his foot down on the acceleration. I try to stay calm but the fear of going so fast starts to take over."Louis please!"

"You better start explaining." Louis snaps and we go even faster. I'm certain at this speed we will crash. He needs to stop, I can't handle this. I look at him and beg him again to stop but he ignores me.

"LOUIS!" I scream and he smacks the steering wheel making me jump. I hold on to my seat.

"HOW THE FUCK DO YOU KNOW GARY??" He yells and his voice makes me tremble. He glances at me taking his eyes off the road and still going at a frightening speed. "TELL ME!"

"He's my Ex's Brother!!" I answer frustratedly. "I was with him because Max was in trouble." I add and I look away.

"Max? Max Farley is your ex?" He asks in disbelief and he starts to slow down.

"You know him?" I ask scared of his answers.

"Of course I know him, he's a Farley." Louis frowns and he pulls over. I sigh a breath of relief as we've stopped. My heart starts to slow down. "Why didn't you just tell me before?" He asks.

"I didn't think it was appropriate.." I say as I look at him, he shakes his head and looks at me as he begins to explain his history with Gary.

"It doesn't make sense that you would date a guy like Max." Louis says and I look away feeling uncomfortable. "I don't even want to think about it." He mumbles. I look down to my lap as I try to think what to say next.

Louis' POV

"I want to start something with you, we don't need to worry about Gary or Max. I want to spend more time with you Louis." Her words confuse my head even more. She doesn't even look that sure herself.

"What's with the sudden change of mind?" I ask as I look at her and she turns to me.

"Before I couldn't go through with this but I like you so much. I know this is a massive risk and you won't understand, but I want this.. with you" She bites her lip and I feel the twinge inside me. I've imagined her saying this and I've fell for this before.

"How do I know this time you mean It?" I ask and she takes my hand and leans closer towards me.

"I mean it.." She whispers and her lips brush mine. I reach up and place my hand on the back of her head and I force her lips harder onto mine. She gently pulls away and I let go of her. "Can we keep this a secret though? Holly can't find out?" She adds and I frown.

"How am I supposed to hide it from her? She won't leave me alone." I sigh as I kiss her once more just to check this is real.

"We'll find a way, but please for now Louis.." She says as she kisses me once more. I nod after our kiss, I don't mind having Emily as a secret. It's beats having her not at all.

"I better drive you home." I say as I eventually let go of her. She smiles and sits back up in the passenger seat and puts her seatbelt on. I can't help but smile as I've done it, I've got her at long last.

"Thanks Louis." Emily sighs happily and she gently strokes my leg. As we pull away and I take her hand and rub my thumb gently over her soft skin.

"I knew you wanted me." I smirk and I glance at her as I remove my hand from hers. She smiles shyly and looks away.

"I can't believe how tonight has worked out. I was so scared of you earlier." She sighs as she moves her hand from my leg. I nod as I look at the road and concentrate.

"Sorry, I try not to let myself get that bad. I guess I couldn't control it as I was convinced you were dating Gary." I answer and she doesn't say anything. I can't express how glad I am that she isn't involved with him. But I still can't get my head around her with Max, I just can't picture a sweet girl with an idiot like him.

"I've got you now, that's all that matters." Emily says and she looks at me as I look at her. I smile as she does and I look back at the road again.

We pull up outside the end of the street so Holly can't see us together. Part of me feels quite excited about having such a secret with Emily, but the other part of me just wants to show her off. I turn to her as she takes her seatbelt off.

"I've only just realised you live with Holly, this is going to be harder than I thought to see you." I say as it's never really clicked before. She smiles and kisses me.

"We will find a way.." She smiles as she opens the door. I smirk as I watch her walk away. I mentally kick myself with happiness as I have got her once and for all.

Sorry it's very short, I just wanted to add this in.
So everything seems as if it's all working out and they're going to start enjoying each other's company..
Not everything is that simple and easy, it's the calm before the storm..
