You Complete Me

Everything is happening so fast. I fell in love with someone I just met and Allie's dad came in our house and stabbed Luke. It hurt me to see that but it hurt me even more to see Allie on the floor crying. Michael had his hand covering his mouth holding back the tears. As the ambulance came and got him. Allie, Michael, and I raced off behind them. We had to stop because we ran out of gas so all of us worked together to push the car down the road to the gas station. It was only a block and Katie was in the driver side steering the car. Once we got there and filled it with gas, we headed off to the hospital. Luke was in there on the bed. He smiled when he saw Allie walk in. I saw tears fall from her eyes. She walked over to hug him. He looked in her eyes and she looked in his. I was glad that he was ok. The doctor said he would be fine but he needed to rest and recover a week. He can't even lift a spoon or a glass of water. That is sad but I can understand why. The stitches have to close and dissolve.The doctor said that he had a life threatening puncture wound but since he was brought to the ER so quickly that they were able to stop the bleeding and sew up the wound. He said that Luke will be fine but he will be sore for a few days after the stitching. I was so glad to hear that. Allie smiled and kissed his cheek. "Babe, can we go home now?" He asked. I looked at him as he was talking to Allie. "Babe?" Allie asked, her cheeks blushing. "Oh, um, well, nevermind." He said getting rolled out of the room. "I am walking home, anyone wanna come with me?" Allie asked. I raised my hand and so did Michael. "Who's gonna drive?" I asked. "We can leave the car here for now." He said. We walked to the front of the hospital and Allie grabbed Luke and we walked home. Allie started talking and then stopped. I looked where she was and saw her step-dad. He was scratched up and beaten. He looked like he was in pain. "Run!" Michael said. Me and Allie ran with Luke and we reached the house. I locked the door behind us. I wanted to cry but I didn't dare to let a tear show.
"Allie's POV"
"Stay here with Luke please." I said running out locking the door behind me. I ran to where Michael stayed and saw they were fistfighting. My dad then pulled out his knife. It had Luke's blood on it and that made me so mad that I talked him. He fell to the ground and I threw punch after punch. Yeah I know it was wrong because this guy raised me, but he also raped and beat me. I didn't care at this point all I know right now was I was protecting my friends boyfriend. I looked down to see him unconscious and his face full of blood. I got picked up and then thrown over Michaels shoulder. He carried me home and knocked on the door. When we walked in the first thing Katie was looking at was my bloody hands. Michael smiled to comfort her and set me down. "Let's just say my dad is out of the way." I said making Katie laugh. "She made him see the sky in a different way." Michael told her making her fall to the floor.
