Dougal’s p.o.v.

I have no idea what just happened, but my older twin brother, Blair, just got beaten up by the new girl, otherwise known as Maitilda and he hasn’t touched her twin sister ever since it happened and then I spoke to soon. At lunch time, he starts picking on her again and I am thinking 'Your going to get your ass kicked again by here twin.' It's like when you have a twin, you can feel there pain whether it is physically or emotionally but it's different with me and Blair, we don't have that connection and I have know idea why, we are just very different.
He likes bashing and teasing people and I am (apparently to all the girls) the cute, sweet, kind and funny one.

Ashlyn's p.o.v.

Right now I am like a mouse that is being cornered. Why can't I be more like Maitilda and just punch Blair in the face and show him that I am not frightened of him. Well the thing is, I am a lot different to Maitilda, I don't like hitting people like her, so therefore I am an easy target.
He is calling me things like, Slut, Whore, Hoe and lots of others, when I haven't even had a boyfriend and had s*x. Then he randomly blacks out and falls onto me. He is lucky that I have a crush on him, otherwise I wouldn't have caught him and he could've been on the ground with a spilt open head or even worse, dead.

The only thing Maitilda and I have in common is we have that twin connection, we know when one another is being hurt, teased or if they are lonely.

Maitilda's p.o.v.

Ashlyn smiles at me when she sees me and then frowns. She gestures for me to turn around, so I do and I bump right into the Principal. Right at that moment, I know that it wont just be a slap on the wrist, it will be a detention, besides after all this is not Primary School anymore, this is Highschool.
The principal asks us what is going on, and that's when Ashlyn comes in for me and she tells him everything that happened, like how Blair was bullying her and how I stepped in and knocked him out, I am so lucky to have her as my twin because I would've made a lie about it.
