Darling I'm No Angel

If I knew back then what I know now I wonder if I would've still made the same decisions twice. Some of the choices I made were complete mistakes. Wonderful almost quite perfect mistakes.

Sitting down nestled in beside me,Harry who used his body as a form of a shield. I tried my hardest not to slither away from his embrace, because I imagined other girls wrapped in his arms and what they could've looked like. I don't even think if I walked passed her in a normal setting I wouldn't even want to know who she was. I pushed the thought into a small abandoned cave in the furthest part of my mind. Hitting me on the top of my head I felt freezing water. It fell down slowly till it began to fall everywhere. I looked up seeing what it was.

"It's snowing!" I said in a surprised kind of shock. It was so obvious that Harry and I were going to be frozen ice sculptures by sunrise. Harry who was practically cradling me at this point looked down at me. His hair was unruly, cause it had been in a fight with the wind, and it won. His cheeks where stained with red like on a porcelain doll, and his lips slightly swollen an plump. Somehow he still managed to look better than anyone I had ever seen.

"I should've never let you in." Harry breathed. He was so close to my face we could kiss. I knew what he was trying to say. This time around I don't think he was using the quoted insult the same way. When he spoke the words into my mouth I tasted a sample of our utterly complicated past, and I believe even in this moment it's still my most cherished flavor.

I waited for someone to say actual words than just looking back at one another. "I didn't see the man you had described. The hallway is just about vacant." I said clearing my throat. I couldn't believe I was seeing what I was seeing. Harry and Niall were an arm length away from me and I wanted to remain silent so I wouldn't start to babble like an idiot.

Niall who folded his arms, his eyes widen momentarily then he grins. "You think it be a wise idea?" He leaned over to Harry and asked him. Pretending to ponder over what Niall had said. Taking another quick glance at me suddenly disinterested. "Yes but it's a terrible idea Niall." Harry said smiling at me.

It was the type of smile you would try to make when your trying to be kind, but fail badly at it. When Harry turned around to leave. Niall and I were left standing together as if we're old friends. I knew then it was my queue to go as well. My intentions were to walk forward passing Niall. Because for a split second I lost the inability to move forward. Causing me to stumble and almost fall flat on my ass. Niall tried to catch me before I fell completely. Luckily I was able to retain my balance. I heard something hit the ground right before I stood back straight. My brain was rattling back and fourth in my head for me to care to even to look down at the ground.

"You alright?" Niall asked me. He was holding out his arms like was I was going to fall this time like damsel and he'd be there to catch me. Shoving his hands in his pockets grinning like a school boy, he almost seemed like he was nervous. I could've laughed at that assumption. I was me and he was Niall Horan. If anyone was starstruck it be me, even though I was not. Maybe a little. . . only a little.

This time around my primary knowledge of waking properly kicked in. I said goodbye to him and it was as simple as that."I didn't even catch your name?" Niall said trying to hold my attention a little bit longer before I walked away.

"Victoria Chambers," I spoke. I could've kicked myself for being such a dork. Why did I have to say my full name. It seemed only fair considering I knew his entire name. I picked up my pace and stepped down to get on the escalator. Looking behind me to see if he was still there, Harry suddenly appeared with Niall again. Harry was bent down collecting something off the ground. I couldn't see clearly what it was, because the moving steps on the escalator was moving me further down.

"What took you so long?" Grandma asked me as I returned to my seat. I could barely hear her from the live band finishing out their set.

"And where's my food?" Chloe yelled as she bobbed her head to the music. I stuck my hand in my pocket recollecting the money my grandmother had given me for Chloe. Frantically padding my pockets in my dress hoping it would magically reappear. I found the money it was my phone that was missing and I had been so meticulous on not losing it. I looked down and around where I was sitting to maybe see it on the ground. I picked up my book that sat underneath my seat thinking it was on top of it. Leaning over looking beneath my seat. Nothing.

"What great crowd you all have been!" A band member from the opening act said. I was detecting a hint of an Australian accent. There was a mixture of screaming and probably some crying from the audience as the lights went completely black awaiting the very moment One Direction come on stage. A video played for their introduction. Red lights began to flash till the whole stage was lit and One Direction stood center stage. "Start taking pictures!" Chloe chirped to my grandmother. A camera fumbled in Chloe's hands as she tried to pass it to me. The deal we had was she was to sing and dance along. While I sat holding my hand up to capture the entire concert on film.

"Victoria?!" She yelled trying to get my attention. Her voice was blending into the crowd. We sat facing the stage on the bottom level with a fitting view. Now it could've been from my over active imagination, but I'm almost quite certain our eyes locked yet again.
