Chapter 1

Jessa's POV

I stand in the lawn, my mouth open. I can't believe I got into this college. I carry my stuff inside, and quickly find my dorm. I dig around in my bag and fumble with the key. I open the door, thankful that I don't have to share it with anyone. There is a desk, a bed, mini fridge, bookshelf, closet, bathroom, and side table. This is way bigger than my old room. I set up some of my stuff, falling asleep onto the bed in the process. I wake up to the sound of knocking. I stand up, quickly fix my hair, and open the door. There stands a pretty blonde, looking at me.

"Sorry! I must've gotten the wrong dorm number!" She squeaks with an accent.

I smile "It's fine. My name's Jessica Night, but you can call me Jessa."

"Perrie Edwards." She grins and shakes my hand. Her phone rings and she answers it.

"Hello, Jade you gave me the wrong room number!... Yeah I'll be there in a second... Can I bring someone along?... Ok bye. She secures it into her back pocket. "Do you want to come?" She asks.

"Where?"

"To my friend's dorm of course." She replies cheerily.
I nod and she takes my hand after I close the door behind me.

"I just met her outside after I set up my room and met my roommate." She explains.

All I say is, "Oh". Once we get there, she knocks on the door.

"This should be the right one." The door opens and reveals a short girl with beautiful brown hair and another girl beside her who looks just as beautiful.

"Hi Jade, Who's this?" She gestures to the girl beside Jade.

"This is Jesy Nelson, my roommate." Jade nods to the other girl.

"Hey." Jesy says. Perrie and I wave I her. Perrie introduces me to both of them. They both have strong accents too. Well, I am in England, so of course they would. It feels like I'm the odd one out.

Jade smiles,"Hello, I'm Jade Thirlwall." They let us into their dorm. I can just sense that we will all be friends. Their dorm is just like mine but just a tad bigger of course and a different layout.

"So who's your roommate?" Jesy questions.

"I don't have one." I say quietly. "My parents paid extra for it." They nod in understanding.

"What about you Perrie?"

"Her name is Leigh-Anne Pinnock." Perrie replies.

"Ok introduce us to her sometime. So how do you feel about classes next week?"

"Good actually." I say. We continue conversation for a while before I look over at the clock. It's been two hours. "Well guess it's time for me to leave." As I get up, they smile and wave. I exit the room and walk to my dorm. I decide do make YouTube video.

Later, my phone buzzes with a text. It's from El. Skype. I take out my laptop and pull up Skype. Then it says 'incoming call' I answer an there pops up El's gorgeous face. She smiles and says,"So how is it?" I grin and show the room.

Her mouth is open. "That big!? For one person!?" I nod. We later talk about her new job. She plans on being a model but right now she is babysitting. Yes babysitting.

I almost forgot. "I need to go. I have to make a video." I'm a Youtuber believe it or not. It just helps me express my feelings. I make "types of..." Videos and try to make people laugh. I only have about maybe 23 subscribers. I honestly don't really care though.

"Ok bye! See ya later alligator!" She waves.

I shake my head and laugh, "Bye El."

It takes about an hour or so to make the video and edit it. I sigh, pressing the upload button. I'm exhausted. After that, I collapse onto the bed and fall sound asleep, again.
