The Black Butterfly

"God damnit" I mutter as I run to the street corner.
I hail a taxi and sit in the discussing van as we drive four miles down the road.
"je bent hier nu betalen me"
"you've got to be fucking kidding me, what a surprise, i don't understand you! Fucking perfect" I screech
"he, he, he!" he raises his voice 'Frans of Engels"
"English!" I snap
'No need yell! Why you yell? Cause scene in front of all people houses! you pay me 57 euro"
'57 what?... for four fucking miles!"
'you cause me trouble! 67 euro or I call police!"
'This is an outrage!'
"You step outside car!" he points to the door
I walk out sir along with him, he comes closer to me and pulled me by the collar
'hey man, what are you...'
'you pull out wallet"
'what?! no!"
"you pull out wallet or I splice you neck open! Uw sen discrace je moeder neuker, zeik doden ou!"
He raises a fist as I stand their hopeless
"are you crazy?"
I quickly pull out my wallet and hand over 50 pounds. He grasps the money and looks intensely at it
"what use this?!" He puts the money in his pocket and punches me in the nose. I fall on the ground wile he is still screaming. The yelling turns to white noise and everything starts to get blury. I feel thick hands running through through my pants, patting my legs. I feel a quick yank and the feeling stopped and the van sped away.

I struggle to lift my hand up. I drop it on my face where i felt a cold liquid drip from me. I pull my hand away and squint my eyes at the hand. It was a dark red-blood red. I try to stand up but I kept falling. I then felt cold, boney hands hold my shoulders.
"sir, are you alright?"
I look up and see an old woman standing about me. I look around and see people looking through the windows of the many houses, men and women standing on their porches and balconies.
'My name is Ella, come with me sweetie"
She helps me up and walks me into her apartment. I find a seat and rest, closing my eyes and letting every worry of mine slip away...
