I'm not really a fan of 5SOS. I mean I like their music but the band not so much. Although I like Luke <3 anyway.. Starting you off with a ten, seeing that I didn't finish your story.
Your have a cover image, maybe just do one with more detail? -0.5
Your summary is good (just check it maybe, I've noticed a few mistakes) -0.5
Your title fits your story, which is good because not a lot of people get that part right.
Maybe spend more time on your chapters. -1
I didn't finish your story, like I said; I'm not a big fan of 5SOS, but I enjoyed catching up to the story! I'm just more of an One Direction girl. If the story was about Harry, I'd definitely be a subscriber.
I'm taking more marks off for grammar. Also, spend some time writing about the character's thoughts and what they see, smell, touch, thinks like that. I'm taking marks off for that too.

There's a few mistakes, I know, as I write it on my iPad and sometimes it autocorrects or I hit a wrong letter- when I edit it, since I'm not the most observant person in the world, they don't always get picked up!
