Have you forgotten?

Rafaela's P.O.V.

"So, how was your flight, honey?" my mom finally broke the silence.

"It was good, mom, thanks.", I replied.

"Why did you miss your flight at first?" She asked the question I didn't want to answer. If I told her, it was because of Harry, we would end up arguing again and that's the last thing I want.

"I had to take care of something. It was an emergency.", I said and she nodded her head.

"Oh, honey, I still can't get used to the fact that you are so grown up and busy. I'm happy, you are successful.", she said, her voice full of pride.

"Yeah, it's been almost three years, but I still haven't gotten used to some things.", I admitted.

"Rafaela, didn't you have an exam at the university in two weeks?", my mom asked and I slapped my forehead.

"Oh yeah, I totally forgot. Thanks mom. I should go tomorrow and see if I can do it then.", I said, taking out my phone and writing it down in the 'to do list'. I decided to call Shirleen and let her know that I've landed. I dialed her number and she immediately picked up.

"Rafaella.", she said into the phone.

"Hello, I just wanted to tell you that I've landed and now I'm in Bulgaria.", I said.

"Oh, that's wonderful, dear. I was actually expecting you to call, cause the principal of the university called and said that you should be there in two days instead in two weeks. I told him, that you'll be there.", she said and I grinned.

"Thanks Shirleen, you're the best.", I said thankfully.

"No problem, hun. I'm sorry, but I should go preparing your studies now. I'll send you everything you'll need via email.", she said and I heard her typing something on her computer.

"Okay, thank you again. Bye.", I said.

"I love you, Rafy, and take care.", she said warming my heart.

"Love you too and I will, bye.", I said hanging up.

"I see you are very close to your manager.", my mom said in a cold tone.

"Yes mom, she has helped me so much. She still helps me a lot.", I said smiling.

"Yeah, she also set you up with 'you know who' for a year.", she said, referring to Harry.

"Мамо, тя не знаеше историята беше вече късно, когато научи.", I said in Bulgarian, so only she would understand, what I said. What I said was that Shirleen didn't know the story at first and that when she found out, it was already too late.

"Whatever.", she murmured and looked out of the window. Seems like it's the end of the discussion. I plugged my earphones in and stared out of the window as well.

She is sorry, that she didn't update for so long, but she had not much time the last weeks.
