Have you forgotten?

Rafaela's P.O.V.

I woke up early the next morning. I had an interview at 9 am and then I had to go to the studio and start working on some ideas for my next album.
I just released one a week ago but I already have a bunch of ideas for the next one.
Today is Monday and it's my last day of work before my two weeks break. Oh, how much I need it.

Somebody knocked on my door, just when I was clasping the strap of my pink 7'inch high heels.
"Come in", I said, standing up from the bed.
"Rafy, you ready?" Shirleen walked in, wearing skinny jeans and a simple white shirt, a black cardigan and matching heels.
She looked as good as ever.
I myself had a pink blouse reaching half an inch under my butt and black leather tights.
I looked well.
My hair was curly from the shower and my makeup wasn't too heavy.
"Honey, you look as stunning as ever ", she complimented me.

"Thank you. I should say the same about you", I answered.

"Okay okay, let's go before we get late.", she said and I nodded.

The bus had stopped in front of a big building.
Guess there will be my interview.
We got out and entered the building trough the big glass front doors.
There weren't many fans outside. Only around 50 people.

I signed some things and took a couple of pictures before entering the building like I usually did.
We were guided towards a big room with a lot of cameras and a stage with a couch, an armchair and a desk in the middle of it.

We met and greeted the interviewer, who appeared to be a 26 years old handsome guy named Sean White.
"Ok, we will start in a couple of minutes. I'll have to announce you before you appear, so wait here until you hear your name, ok?",
he eventually asked and smiled.
"Okay, I will be here.", I said and he walked to his seat behind the desk.
He smiled towards one of the big cameras.
The camera man shouted 3,2,1 and a little red dot signalled that the camera is filming.
"Good morning everyone, I'm Sean White and you are in the talk show 'Sincere and personal'.
Today I have a special guest here in our studio. She is a famous singer.
I'm sure, you know her and love her. Let me present you Rafaela Diamonds.",
he said and stood up from his seat while clapping.

My heels clicked against the wooden floor of the stage. I shook Sean's hand with a smile.
"Good morning Rafy, I can call you that, right?", he asked, just when I took a seat on the couch opposite of him.
"So, how have you been?", he asked me and leaned in, resting his weight on his elbows.

"Well, I've been a bit tired lately, but other than I am good, thank you", I said, crossing my legs and placing my hands over them.
"So, everybody knows, that you released your new album last week and it was a great hit. It hit the number one in 77 countries, how do you feel about that?",
he asked me and one of the cameras was directed towards me.
"Well, I feel myself on cloud nine of course, but to be honest, I kinda expected my Diamonds to do this for me. And besides, I worked very hard on the album, so it is worth the first place."

I answered with the confidence, my mom taught me to always use.
"Oh such a confident young lady we have here. And yes, your album was wonderful, I've bought it.",
he said and raised the plastic CD case with my picture on it.

"Thanks for buying it, I'm glad, you also are a fan", I said, touching my hair.

It's a bad habit of me. I do it, when I'm nervous. I used to bite my lip, but Shirleen insisted I get rid of it.
I decided to listen to her, but now instead of biting my lip I touch my hair.
"Rafy, dear, we heard, you are already working on your new album.",
Sean said, snapping me out of my thoughts.
"Well yeah, I already have some wonderful ideas and I hope, my fans like it.",
I said and his eyes twinkled with excitement.
The boy is a fan after all.
"Ok, so any collaborations with other stars like Justin Bieber, Austin Mahone..."
How should I say that, so it doesn't sound rude?
"Look, Sean, I'm sure these guys are amazing artists, but they aren't in my style, I'm sorry. And about the collaborations, I'm still thinking about collaborating with one of my very good friends, Taylor Swift, and some other artists as well.",
I said and he nodded. Then he looked down at the sheets of paper on his desk.
He got up from his seat and joined me on the couch. I raised my eyebrows and he spoke "Now I came here, because we'll start with more personal questions." I widened my eyes.
"Ok darling, as a beginning, how is your love life, uh?", he wriggled his eyebrows.
"Oh Sean, you know, still the same. Forever alone, but never lonely."

I said this with running my fingers through my hair for the thousandth time today.
"Oh, come on, there should be someone, who's got your mind... And maybe even your heart.", he tried again.
"No, Sean, there're no boys in my life. I'm single", I said and he turned towards the camera.
"Did you hear that, boys? This beauty here is single, so hurry up and make your moves, before someone else does.",
he said and the man behind the camera turned it off signaling, it's not filming anymore.
