Chapter Twenty

We pull up to the beach and we go and set up our picnic. I just keep smiling and Harry keeps chuckling. He continues with setting up our picnic and I walk towards the water. I close my eyes and just listen to the water coming in and out. About five minutes later I feel warm arms wrap around me. “It's beautiful isn't it love?” I ask. “Not as beautiful as you.” he says. I turn around and look at him and stare lovingly into his eyes. He leans down and kisses me sweetly. I kiss back and smile. We pull away and he leads me to our blanket. We have cherry pie, whipped cream, strawberries, and chocolate syrup. I know it's not a dinner date but it's really better. I love whipped cream so I load my pie with it. Harry just laughs and points to something in the basket. I turn and look back only to get whipped cream on my nose. “Harold Edward Styles!” I yell scaring him a little bit. “Oh come on babe it was only a j-” He says before I throw whipped cream on his lips and his hair. “You have something right there.” I say pointing to his lips. “Why don't you help me get it.” he says leaning in. I decide to tease him a little bit and start running. “Only if you can catch me Styles!” I yell running.

Harry's POV

I get up and start running after her. She squeals and continues to run. I catch her and spin her around. “I caught you.” I say. She replies with a hard kiss on the lips. I kiss back and put my hands on her waist. We pull back and she licks her lips saying, “Yum.”. I laugh and ask if she wants to go home for the other part of the “date”. She shakes her head yes and we clean up. After that we rush to the car and start to drive back home. I turned on the radio and “Mirrors” by Justin Timberlake came on and Bri just sang her heart out. “Cause I don't wanna lose you now. I'm looking right at the other half of me....”. I smile at her as we pull up to our house. We get out of the car and head into the house. She walks in and sees all of the rose petals on the floor leading to our bedroom. She turns and walks over to me putting her arms around my neck. I know what she's thinking so I pick her up and carry her to our bedroom.

the next morning

Brianna's POV

I wake up and see Harry sleeping soundly. I smile and slowly get up and go to our bathroom to take a shower. Fully clothed I walk out to Harry staring at me. “You know it's not fun waking up without your wife next to you.” He says. I smile and say,” Well I had to get ready for work.”. His face saddens and he gets up and comes to me. He pulls me in for a hug while kissing my head. We say our goodbyes and I drive to the coffee shop. Savanna is already there and starts asking me about my date. “So what did you guys do?” “Well we went on a picnic on the beach and then came home for dessert.” I say with a smirk. She squeals and gives me a hug and then laughs. “What's so funny?” I ask. She points behind me and I turn around to get kissed on the lips. “Harry you surprised me.” I say. He just smiles and goes to his usual spot. About twenty minutes later my ex comes into the shop. This was the guy before Louis and he was NOT very good to me. I give Harry a look and he starts to go into the back room. My ex's name is Sam and he is a total jerk. I try to ignore him until he says, “Brianna is that you?”. “Hello Sam.” “You look great.”. I tell him thank you and then Harry walks behind him. “Sam this is my husband Harry.” pushing the husband part. They give each other looks and Sam turns back and says,”Maybe I can give you my number and we can catch up.”. Harry was about to say something when I stopped him. “Hell to the mother FUCKING no!” I said. Harry tries to hold back his laughs, until Sam grabs my face and says, “You will go out with me and we WILL get back together.”. Then Sam is on the ground holding his nose. I look at Harry and his eyes are dark. “STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM MY WIFE YOU DICK!” he yells as Sam runs out. Harry looks at me and pulls me in for a hug. “Thank you.” I say. “For what protecting my wife? I will always do that for you.” he says. I make him look at me and say, “Well thank you anyways my big knight in shining armor.”. He smiles and gives me a loving kiss. I kiss back with all of the love I have for him.
