Chapter Nineteen

Harry and I were snuggling when he starts smiling like he has something to hide. “Harry why are you smiling?” I asked. “I just remembered that tonight is our date night.” he says. I thought about it and I realized that I forgot too. “Well do you still wanna go out?” I ask him. He just smiles and runs to our room. “I take that as a yes!” I yell as run after him. I look around in our room and he is in the bathroom taking a shower. I go into our closet and try to find an outfit. “What's the attire for tonight babe?” I ask. “Umm. Casual.” he replies. Okay casual. I decide to go with short cutoff shorts, a crop top and my cherry flip flops. I hear the door to the bathroom and walk out of the closet. Harry walks out in what else? A towel!! Of course we didn't see each other and we ran into each other. “Oh my god!” Harry says. “Oh Harry you're soaking wet!” I squeal. He takes advantage of this moment and gives me a huge bear hug. I scream and he burst out laughing. To make it even worse he nuzzles his face into my neck where I'm SUPER ticklish, so of course I start giggling. “Har-Har-Harry st-st-stop it.” I say in between my giggle fits. He finally lets go and I go into the bathroom to do my hair and makeup.

Harry's POV

I ran upstairs into our bathroom to take a shower. I turned on the water and hopped in. About five minutes later I hear her say, “What's the attire for tonight babe?”. Truthfully I didn't know where I was going to take her but then an idea pops into my head. Brianna always wanted to have a picnic on the beach just as the sun was setting. “Umm. Casual.” I reply. I turn of the water and wrap my towel around my waist, walk out and ran into Brianna. “Oh my god!” “Oh Harry you're soaking wet!” she squeals. Being the childish person that I am I engulf her into a bear hug and make her scream. While I'm laughing I nuzzle my face into her neck tickling her. “Har-Har-Harry st-st-stop it.” she says. I let her go and walk into our closet to grab some clothes. Just then I hear a scream from the bathroom. I get worried and rush over and see Brianna running her arm under the water.

Brianna's POV

I decided to curl my hair and put it up in a ponytail. I was curling a strand when the curling iron slipped and fell on my arm. I screamed with pain and I took off the iron and put my arm under cold water. A few seconds later the door opens and Harry is standing there with a worried look on his face. “Babe what happened?” he asks. “I was curling my hair when the curling iron fell and landed on my arm. I'm fine.” I say as I turn off the water and dry my arm. He still looks worried and won't stop staring at my arm. In fact he isn't even looking at where the curling iron was. “Babe what are you looking at?” I ask. He points at a spot on my arm and I look down. He was looking at my scar. “What happened to you for you to get that?” he asks. I just sighed and said, “I got it when I had cancer. I was getting one of my chemo treatments when someone stepped on the tube and it tore my skin. I had to get stitches and it got scared.”. He just pulls me in for a hug and I say, “I like these hugs better than your wet hugs.”. He smiles and continues to get ready for our date. I decided to put on very little makeup and just add a bracelet. “Are you ready babe?” I hear him ask. “Yep. Let's go.” I say going downstairs. I see Harry with a picnic basket and a blanket. I knew what our date is going to be. I smile and just kiss him. We go to the car and head to the beach. This was going to be the perfect date ever.
