Broken

Brooke's POV:

I called Charlie, he's coming to New York. Someone has to get Mia out of her bed and I think he may be the only one who can do it. We've been gone for almost two months and they've barely talked. It's so unlike them. But Mia has been so stressed lately and it's ridiculous. It sucks when Mia gets hurt. But it's even worse when Mia hurts people. When Harry asked her out the first time and she said no and Niall told her that Harry was really upset and she cried for hours.

I walk to Mia's room to see she's not there. I start freaking out and looking around the apartment. Turns out she just went to the fridge.

"Hey Brooke." She said as she heard me enter.

"So you've decided to get up?" I decided to keep Charlie coming a secret for now.

"Only to get food. Brooke I don't even understand why I feel this way." She starts breaking down. "He wasn't committed to me in any way at all. But I thought he liked me! I thought he was going to ask me out again! I thought and thought and thought! But all of these fucking thoughts were all wrong!" She fell to the floor. I sat down next to her.

"Hey. Look at me." I demanded and she looked at me tears running down her face. "You'll find another guy. Maybe Harry wasn't the one. Maybe he was just a phase. Or maybe he wasn't. I guess you will just have to wait and see." I said wrapping my arms around her. Then there was a knock at the door. Right on time, Charlie.

I stood up and went to go answer the door. But when I opened it, it wasn't Charlie, it was Harry and a girl. This girl must be the slut whore bitch Niall has been telling me about.

"What do you want Harry." I said and heard rustling coming from the kitchen.

"I want to talk to Mia." He said.

"And I want to use your bathroom. Where is it?"

"Sorry, only welcome guests get to use the bathroom. Or anything. So if you don't mind. Get out!" I said to Harry and his skank.

"Just let me talk to her and then we will go." He said.

"Fine. She's in the kitchen." I said glaring at the whore following Harry to the kitchen.

Mia's POV:

I hear him walking towards me. I wipe my tears and turn around to see him and a girl.

"Hi Harry." I whisper.

"Hey Mia. We need to talk." He said coming closer to me.

"This place is nice how did you afford it anyway?" The bitch who came with Harry asked.

"Well first of all sweetie, some of us actually work and don't get money from our daddy's. And second of all who the hell asked you to speak." I said harshly and heard Harry giggle.

"Umm well I'm Caitl-" She said but I cut her off.

"Again. You weren't asked to speak!" I said.

"Brooke! Can you come here for a sec?" I yelled and Brooke came into the kitchen.

"Yeah." She said.

"Can you occupy our unwelcomed guest while Harry and I have a little chat." I said and she looked at me angrily.

"Fine but Niall's coming over." I hear her say as we walk to the living room and sit down.

"Okay what is it Harry?" I asked him as we sat down on the couch in the living room.

"How have you been?" He asked.

"Fine." I say looking away.

"I'm sorry we haven't been hanging out. It's just-"

"It's okay." I said cutting him off.

"Okay. So about Caitlyn."

"Who's Caitlyn? Oh yeah that bitch you brought."

"She's not a-" He was cut off by a knock at the door. Expecting it was Niall I kept talking.

"Sorry. It's been nice talking to you." I say standing up but stopping right away as I see Charlie standing there.

"Mia wait!" I hear Harry say.

I run towards Charlie and jump into his arms. It feels like forever since I've seen him.

"Charlieeeeee." I say.

"Miaaaaaaaa." He says back.

Harry's POV:

Shit. Now that her brother's here I'm really in trouble. Caitlyn really is being a bitch though. Mia looks so beautiful right now laughing with her brother and Brooke. Caitlyn never looks that beautiful.

Why did I let her go?
