The summer memory

Tarah walked in the doorway with a big smile on her face. As she walked in the sun suddenly hit my eyes. “OMG, You guys are engaged?!” She screamed joyfully. She asked me where Autumn was and I said, “In her room with Luke, make sure you knock first you never know what they could be doing!” She laughed after I told her that. I was watching Insidious one and two. They disrupted me in the middle of the movie. As soon as I started walking towards Autumn’s room I walked passed Calum’s room and I heard some words being said, “Autumn, you are going to pay for what Luke did to me!” But it was a whisper. I walked in and said I was checking up on him but really what I did was flip him out of his bed and bitch slapped him. He looked at me as If was crazy, I pointed my finger at him and said, “You ever threaten my best friend like that again, you won’t be alive to say anything else!” He said, “I’m calling the cops, you just threatened me!” I looked at him and smiled, “Oh honey, it is not a threat, it is a PROMISE!” I walked away and left him lying there, helpless, squirming like a worm. I Laughed and just kept walking. I walked right into Autumn’s room. I saw Luke under the covers, and Autumn had a robe on. I asked, “What were you two doing, this time?” She smiled and said, “I took a shower and he took a nap.” I just looked at her and said, “Yeah sure, mhhmm.” Michael said he heard screaming, I started laughing. Autumn shot her head to where it was looking at me. “What did you do?!” I just told her I heard Calum threatening her and I went in there and some things were said and some things were done. Michael ran into the room, I was right behind him, When we got in there Michael fell over laughing. “Dude you got yourself into this mess.” Michael and Ashton walked over and lifted Calum up and tried to put him back on the bed, but Michael saw a handprint on his face, He dropped Calum and started laughing. Ashton just lifted Calum by himself and set him on the bed. I had to tease them so I said, “Ashton and Calum, sittin in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G, First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes the baby in the baby carriage.” Ashton came over and picked me up off the ground bridal style and carried me out the back door. He threw me in the pool. “MY PHONE WAS IN MY BACK POCKET!” He pulled me out quickly so I wouldn’t have to replace it. I dried off quickly, went inside and grabbed the bag of rice, dumped it in a bowl and shoved my phone in it. While we were waiting for the water to come out Autumn suggested we go shopping. “Ok!” I told her. On our way, one of our songs came on. It was a song that we knew but was an older song. “And, I want you.” Autumn started singing. “I miss you.” Tarah joined in. “If I could just see you tonight!” I was the last to join in. Once we got to the store we were walking towards the entrance when I saw someone really cute. He saw me too! What do I do. He came over and said, “Hey, my name is Javier.” I couldn’t help but smile, “M-my name is T-Taylor.” He laughed and said, “Nice to meet you T-Taylor. Oh and would you guys mind if I walk with you. We went to the dress store. He walked in with us, surprisingly. I looked and saw the perfect dress for him it was a red lace dress. He looked at it and said, “Thanks, but do you think it will make my eyes pop?!” We both started laughing. We looked around and couldn’t find Autumn and Tarah. I called Tarah’s phone, she answered. “Hey girl where are you?!” I told her I was still in the dress store. They were walking by the door when I hung up the phone. “Hey I forgot my number… can I have yours?” Javier asked me and I giggled “Sorry, that was bad.” I gave him my number and said “no you are just fine.” I giggled again. “Thanks.” just then Tarah, and Autumn walked in. Tarah ran over and hugged Javier. “Taylorwhat the fuck are you doing hanging out with my brother?” she asked me and my jaw hit the floor. “H-he’s your b-brother?!” I shouted back. I am so confused on why she never talks about him. “Taylor you’re gonna catch flies” Autumn laughed and I closed my mouth. “Can I talk to you for a m-minute?” I asked Autumn and she nodded. “What’s wrong?” she asked as soon as we were away from the group. “Javier asked me for my number.” I spat quickly. Her jaw dropped “Did you give it to him?” she finally snapped and I nodded biting my bottom lip. I looked past her to see Javier and Tarah catching up on each others life, laughing and all. I still kept looking at him. He had pretty eyes. They were brown, almost like chocolate. “So Javier is your brother?” I asked “yea I thought I told you.”She told me. “No you didn't tell me!” I yelled back “So Javier what are you doing here”. Tarah asked him. “Well i’m coming from Nebraska and I thought i'd come by and see you. But then I ran into T-taylor and then we started walking and then we went in to this dress store and then I ran into you two.” He said chuckling. But why did he stutter my name? Ugh this kid is wearing an almost see through white tee. I could see his flat stomach through it. HE HAS ABS HOLY FUCK! “You’re a model right?” Tarah asked and he nodded.”Yea I just came here from a shoot in nebraska”. He said and I felt my cheeks burn crimson red. HES A FUCKING MODEL?? “So um how have you been? W-with the m-modeling?” I stuttered to void the awkward silence. “Good actually.” he said and i blushed more. “Taylor, you are turning really red. Are you okay?” Tarah asked smirking. ”Y-yea i'm fine.” I said still blushing a deep shade of crimson red. Javier looked down at me making eye contact. “So Taylor do you have any plans this friday?” he asked me, my eyes shot out of my head and my jaw dropped to the floor. “W-why?” i asked smiling. “I wanted to know if you wanted to go to the movies or hang out or s-something.” he said blushing. I nodded “Y-yeah i-i would l-like t-that.” I said and he smiled. Kissing my cheek he went out the door and left. “OH MY FUCKING GOD YOU’RE GOING ON A DATE WITH MY FUCKING BROTHER!” Tarah shouted excitedly while hugging Michael. My face turned bright red while I nodded. I am so happy I can’t even find words to say. I can’t believe what I just heard. This is so fast. I haven’t had a date since my last boyfriend Noah. We dated until we were in college. We dated for four years. I broke up with him after i found out what he was really doing. He was gay and cheated on me with his boyfriend. He was cheating on me for a year before i found out. His boyfriends name was Jack or Nate i can’t remember. Or maybe both. I didn’t cry over his punk ass though. I am happy i found Javier. He will make me happy. I HOPE. My subconcious adds. I look down and notice the scars on my wrists. I remember how my family beat me. I was an only child so i had no one except Tarah and Autumn, and now 5sos and Javier and Shyanne.

The days passed by quickly and it is friday. Javier texted me and told me he is taking me to a fancy dinner. I spent hours trying to find a perfect outfit. “TARAH, GET YO ASS IN HERE!” i shouted from my bedroom where i was wearing sweats and a see through white tee that i would NEVER wear in public. “What?!” she asked me. “I don’t know what to wear to dinner. Give me one of your dresses.” i demanded. She went to get one of her new dresses and came back with dark blue at the top, a beautiful design going down the middle, then light blue on the bottom with what looked like black lace on the inside. It went down a little about the middle of my thigh. It was a little snug but it was comfortable. “Can you zip me up?” i asked her gesturing to the back of the dress. She gladly zipped up the dress before helping me find a pair of black heels with what seemed like a million confusing straps. I wouldn’t have worn these if i wasn’t going on this date. EVER. They make me at least six inches taller. Damn i am so short. Javier will still have to look down at me. He was about as tall as Michael. Michael is six feet tall i know that for a damn facts. Tarah isn’t much shorter than him though. She is about five foot six inches. Javier could have been at least five foot eleven inches. I am only five foot. Maybe not even that.
