Strong

It had been a year since Zayn and I got engaged we still had a lot of planning to do and since he had tour and a new album there had been no time at all to plan for it. I had stayed home with the twins while Elenour had gone with Louis on tour. Elizabele wasn't doing to well and we had no idea why? Shopia was helping me out around the house since I was pregnant once again but this time it was Zayn's baby, she was also helping me with some of the things that needed attention for the wedding to even go smoothly like the dress and the colors who was going to do the food and the cake. Every night Zayn would skpe me or call me tp see how me and the twins were doing and he would even send us something ocasionally, it was hard to be the fiance of a now well known boy from One Direction and it was tirying considering people didn't believe we were together because of the fake relationship thing management had us in and I was getting a lot of hate and some of it was very hurtful. Mangement had tried to put Louis and Elenour in contract relationships but they had refused even though management threatened to break up the band but they couldn't because the boys had gotten even more popular then they ever thought. So I was in the girl's room picking out their clothes when Elenor came up to me and said
"mama Elenor pick her one wclothes out wplease"
"ok do you want to help Mabel pick her's out to"
"yes" she said shaking her hear excitly
I got them dressed and put them in their car seats because today I was going to my second doctors check up to hear the baby's heart beat. Once I got there I checked in and waited with the impatient twins who was swinging their legs back and forth.
"Simpson"
I stood up and took the twins by the hands and walked back
"Ok let's have a listen to the heart shall we" the doctor said smiling
she put the gel on my belly and then put the heart beat machine on it and began to listen intently. She furrowed her eyebrows and looked at me
"how far are you Miss Simpson?"
"I'm about a month along why?"
she took the machine off my stomach and wiped the gel off of me then looked at me
"Miss Simpson i'm sorry to say but there is no baby, if there was then you have probably miscarried I am so sorry"
she got up and walked out i stood up in shock and took the girls' hands and lead them out to the car, on the way home I cried and the twins seemed to pick up on my mood because Mabel looked at me sadly and said
"Mommy why you wcry"
I wiped a few tears away and answered her
"you remeber when daddy and I sat you both down and told you that mommy had a baby in her tummy?"
they both shook their head yes
"well mommy lost the baby the baby went bye bye that's why mommy is crying sweety she wanted the baby to stay with her"
Mabel and Elenor put their heads down sadly and as for me I had to tell all the boys and Elenour, it was going to be hard to tell them though espacially Zayn who was more excited about it then any of them. It was going to crush him and I didn't want to do it to him, I thought of ways that I could get around it I could get pregnant before he found out I lost the baby but I couldn't do that I just had to get over it and tell him as much as it was going to hurt me.
