Everything I Didn't Say

When we get back to the house I asked Taylor to go across the street to the drugstore and get me a pregnancy test. I missed my period and she is now the only other person who knows about it. She gladly did. When she came back I gave her a shy smile. I never really liked her that much but she is so nice.
“I’ll be right back.” I told Michael following Taylor into the nearest bathroom. She handed me the test and turned around giving me privacy. After I did my business we started a timer and waited. When the timer went off Taylor checked the test for me.
“Oh my god.” she said and I started to panic. she smiled at me “you’re pregnant.” she told me and my heart sank. I dropped down on my knees and started crying.
I can’t be pregnant. Not right now. I took the test again, positive. I took it three more times. Each Time turned out positive. I sat in the corner of the bathroom crying with the test in my hand. Thoughts are screaming and running through my mind. They are so loud I didn’t even notice Michael calling my name or walking in and running to my side.
“Tarah are you okay?” he asked worriedly. His hands on my shoulders shook me out of my thoughts. I quickly turned to face him.
“Michael,” I said. His eyes searched my face for any clear emotion that could tell him what’s happening. When his eyes caught the eyes on the test in my hand, he took it out and stared at it. “You’re pregnant?” he asked me in shock. I nodded. “With a baby?” he took my hand.
I laughed, “no with an alien.” he smiled and his grip on my hand tightened.
“I don’t believe it.” he said.
“Me neither.” I laughed and went on my knees to hug him.
“I mean, oh my god this is crazy. Are you okay?” he asked.
“I’m shocked Michael. We’re gonna be parents.” he cupped my face with his hands.
“I better ask you to marry me then.” he said and my eyes popped out of my head. “I was gonna ask you after everything. The birthday present. But i will do it now.” he said and pulled me up by my hand. “Act surprised.” he said and led me to the living room, after calling for a meeting.
“I called this meeting for two big surprises. both for everyone but one special one for Tarah.” he said smiling. He got down on one knee before pulling out a ring box. The box is fuzzy and cyan blue. My favorite color.
“Tarah, you are the only girl for me. I love you so much. I want to be with you no matter what. I want to fight with you over stupid things that mean nothing. I want to hold you every night when you are scared, I want to kiss you and comfort you when you’re down. I want to be there through your ups and your downs. You are my world, my forever, my always, my infinity. I love you so much.” He opened the small box and a diamond ring that was made out of tiny infinity signs with a blue diamond in the middle. “Will you make me that happiest man alive and marry me?” by the time he finished his speech I was crying.
“Yes. Michael yes. A million times yes!” I shouted jumping into his arms. We pulled away and he put the ring on my ring finger. He kissed me passionately.
“Okay so for the next surprise…” Michael said looking into my eyes.
“I’m pregnant.” I said and heard gasps and hollers through the room.
“OH MY GOD! YOU’RE PREGNANT!” Niall shouted. He is like my brother. I love all the guys so much but I love Niall like a brother and Michael well like my soon to be husband.
“I am so happy for you!” they all said in unison before giving me a giant hug.
“I love you guys so much, but i can’t breathe.” i said and they released.
“Michael I love you mate! I am so proud of you!” all the guys said except Ashton. Ashton really looked like he was about to ball his eyes out. I feel bad for him. He walked up to be and took my hands in his.
“I am proud of you. You and Michael will make perfect parents.” he said giving me a warm hug. I started crying hard and Michael noticed.
“Come here.” he said pulling me out of Ashtons grip and pulling me into an embrace.
“How are we going to do this?” I asked and he took a deep breath.
“We will figure it out.” he kissed me passionately as everyone filed out of the room.
