Chapter 12
Niall P.O.V
I was hanging out with a beautiful girl as I saw Hannah's friends walk in. "Hey Niall! Nice to see you again." Pauline says. She looked nice.. http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=80084696 I wonder if Hannah came.. I didn't see her walk in, same with April. "Hey there. Glad you came.. Is Hannah here?" I ask. "Uhm. Yeah, But I don't seem to know where she has gone off to. Let me text her.." She typed really fast.. "Sent." "Thanks.. Now, I'll just find the rest of the lads, if you don't mind. I'll tell 'em you guys are here" I smile as she nods.
Oh my God, Hannah is coming.. I didn't even know they were invited. She's going to be so pissed off at me.. She's going to wonder why I didn't tell her or invite her. OH NO... MUST talk to the lads, QUICK.
"Liam!" I yell, "What's up mate?" he says as he rushed over standing right in front of me. "Did you invite Hannah's friends?" I whispered to him as we went in the kitchen. "Yeah! Oh wait, I forgot to tell you.. Oh no." he says. "HELL YEAH, OH NO. She's going to be pissed... UGH.. By the way, your girlfriend is here." I say, "What girlfriend?" he says. "You know. Pauline!" I said in a childish way. "She's not my-" he says. "What?" as I turned around to see that the 3 girls were standing right there. "Proceed with your conversation." Pauline winked at Liam as he started turning red. *Ding Dong* "That must be Hannah and April!" Justine says. 'I'll answer it!" I screamed.. A little bit too loud as everyone in the kitchen started laughing at me. I didn't care because I started darting my way to the door as I see Louis answering it. "Hello, Love. Nice to see you again." he says as his arms wraps around April and I start panting as I finally reached the door. "Hey.. Hannah.. Want.. To.. Come inside?" I say in between breaths. "Haha! Yeah, sure. Thanks." she says as she slips right past me, no hug or anything. "Ouch.." Louis says jokingly. "Hey." April nudged him. "Mate. Are you alright?" he said, realizing that his comment actually might of hurt for real. "Just daft.. real daft." I sigh.
Hannah P.O.V
I literally held my breath until the door swung open. Louis. THANK GOD NOT NIALL. I needed to breathe for awhile.. "Hello, Love. Nice to see you again." he says as he hugs April and smiles at me. Suddenly, an out of breath Niall appears and says, "Hey.. Hannah.. Want.. To.. Come inside?". Well, he was tired.. I wonder from what.. No time. Hannah act fast. "Haha! Yeah, sure. Thanks." I reply as I slipped through the awkward moment without looking back. "What was that all about?" Zayn says as he came out of no where. "ZAYN! You startled me!" "Oh, Sorry, love." he chuckles. "So, What was that about?" he said nodding towards Niall, Louis, and April who were now talking near the door. 'Uhm. Nothing.." "Bullshit. I know something's up, Hannah." he says laughing. "No need to start swearing.. It's just that..."
All of a sudden a tall curly head pops up behind Zayn, making me shriek a little. "Hahahaha! You should've seen your face!" says a tipsy Harry. "HAROLD." Zayn glared. "Sorry, are we talking about something serious?" he smiles at the two of us. "If you don't mind. I want to get into the loop as well, love." he winks at me. "Fine, but you two have to keep this a secret and we need to talk somewhere more.. private." I whisper. "Sure, walk this way." Zayn says as we go out into the balcony, as we shut the door they both turned to me and waited eagerly for this secret I am about to give.
"Okay. You cannot tell this to anyone. ESPECIALLY NIALL." They both nod.
"He didn't really tell me nor invite me to this party even though we've been texting and calling each other everyday since we've met... And he keeps on saying he's busy but, he has time to throw a party that I'm not even supposed to be in? I mean come on.. I don't think I should be here nor even have hope anymore.." I sigh. "Hope for what exactly?" Harry whispers. "Him and I having a chance at being together.. or even.. l-l-loving him.." I hold onto the railings and stare into the sky, waiting for a response from the two british lads. But, none came as they just stood at both of my side and did the same as I did until Zayn finally spoke up.
"You know Hannah, I think that you're bonkers." he says.
"Excuse me? I am not bon--" he cut me. "Bonkers for thinking that you and Niall don't have a chance." I look at him. "But, he isn't even trying. I don't know if I can stand in the dark any longer.." I said as my voice cracked and my eyes started to gloss. "Hannah, don't cry.. Just give Niall time, You see he's new at this too.. He just needs time to get it right. And you aren't going to be in the dark any longer." Harry spoke. "Because.. We're going to help you." the curly haired lad said as his companion stood and made me turn around to see that they were standing like a superman pose, causing me to laugh and cry at the same time. I wiped my tears, "How exactly are you guys going to do that?". "We'll be your spies.. And of course, we'll help Niall because we're like experts at this thing..." Zayn said as he high fived Harry and winked at me. I had a disgusted face as I told them, "Then, I'll help you two too." They looked confused, acting confused. "I'm not that dumb. I did graduate Valedictorian in elementary school and running for it again when I graduate this year, you know.."
"What?" they both said. "GOD. You curly boy, like Paige.. OBVIOUSLY." I pointed at Harry accusingly, his reaction putting his hand over his mouth.. that made me giggle as I tried to play bad cop once more. "And you Mr.Malik, is crushing on Justine. DUH.." I poked his face, "Ow. No need for violence, Miss Hart." he said sarcastically. "So, Do we have a deal?" I raised an eyebrow and gave them my hand. "Yes." they both said as they brought their hands in and we whisper-yelled, "Break!"
Harry and Zayn both headed inside as I stayed outside and just hung out a bit.. I was getting bored and started to slowly flutter my eyes as the door opened.
"You are surely a sight for sore eyes, young lady." a strange man walked outside. "Excuse me?" I said as I stood up. "You look pretty and I want to make you mine..." he grabbed my wrist as I tried to head for the door. "Nuh-Uh-Uh.. You should never walk away from a very nice offer." he taunted me. I squirmed my arm, trying to get out of his tight grip, now on both of my wrists. "Get your.. filthy.. hands.. off... of me!!" I pulled and accidentally tripped making me fall over the rails. I screamed as the mean man left me dangling for my life.
