Marcel POV

2 Weeks Later

Cara and I have been in a rough spot since the time I told her, that she cannot see me anymore when I am at the office. We have been fighting constantly and my feelings for her, is seriously starting to fade away. The girl that I once fell in love with the first time, she visited me in my office is no longer there.

I have not spoke to Arabella either so tonight I am actually inviting her to have dinner with me I need to catch up with her. I need to talk to her maybe she can give me some input, on my relationship whether I should leave her or not.

My boys are going to come and visit me tomorrow so I am very excited for that, I have missed them so much. I just miss the times where we had beers and talked about relationships, funny looking back on our conversations being on a relationship is very hard work.

I was watching all this Hollywood movies they made it seem that, falling in love is all rainbows and colours that was only an imagination. There is a reason it is called a movie, and actors and actresses the directors are living their imagination while the audience view the imagination of the unrealistic truth.

I wished that my love life would be that simple, but I don’t know if I can stay with Cara anymore. I didn’t know that she was controlling until now, she is abusive if I don’t give her what she wants she abuses me. There is some good qualities that I love about her, but I don’t know if her good qualities can overcome her bad ones.

That is why I am going to meet Arabella so I can get her input, hopefully she can give me some good advices.

2 Hours Later

Cara: “Marcel baby can we please sit down and talk?. We really need to talk because I feel like our relationship is on the line.”

Me: “I feel the same way too Cara that is why I think it is best for us, to take some time apart from each other just to see where this will go.”

Cara: “Absolutely not I will not agree with that because if I do, you will see someone behind my back and leave me therefore I am not agreeing to that plan you better sit down and we will talk.”

Me: “I am actually sick and tired of you controlling my life Cara, I am a grown ass man so if you cannot accept my decision then I suggest that we end it right here.”

Cara: “You think you can find someone that is the same as me? Marcel I am the only one that could love you unconditionally. I embrace all your flaws and all your insecurities. I am the only one that would love you this long, if I was like your typical girl then I would have maybe cheated on you by now.”

Me: “What the fuck? Are you telling me that you are the only girl in the entire world that could love me. Cara please leave my office I don’t want to make a scene in this office.”

Cara: “Come on tough guy you think you are tough, I don’t give a shit if I make A FUCKING SCENE IN HERE YOU ARE AN ASSHOLE.”

I slammed the table and threw my favourite mug in the floor, Cara mouth was on the floor she went out of my office immediately when that happened. Harley walked in to my office a few minutes later.
Harley: “Jesus Christ Marcel I told you if that incident happens again that you have an issue with your girl. This is a drama free zone company do you know WE ARE THE BEST IN THIS GOD DAMN TOWN. DAMMIT MARCEL YOU ARE AN EMBARASSEMENT YOU ARE FIRED. I DON’T WANT TO EVER SEE YOU VISITING HERE AGAIN PACK YOU STUFF IMMEDIATELY. WHEN I AM DONE WITH MY MORNING BRIEFING YOU BETTER BE GONE YOUR SALARY WILL BE READY IN A FEW MINUTES LEAVE GOD DAMMIT!.”

My whole entire world fell apart I thought that this day would end up being a good day, it actually went from shit to shitter I don’t even feel like going with Arabella. Let me just cancel on her tonight, let me just stay at home and think of my future plans where do I go from here.
