If You Don't Know

I woke up, gasping for air. I was dreaming about Luke. Really?! Luke?! Why not Ashton?! I looked over and saw Ashton fast asleep. I got up and ran downstairs, hoping Hannah was down there. “Hannah!!” I shouted and hugged her tightly. “Tori!!” She mimicked “Quick question.” I chuckled awkwardly. “Okay?” “I uh, I had a dream about Luke. Not Ashton. It was really, like sexual. And I mean, don’t get me wrong, Luke is hot as fuck, but Ashton is so sweet.” I quickly said.

“Oh Tori, the struggle! Do you like Luke?” She questioned. I looked down at my hands and back up at her, “I mean, he’s hot.” “Well yeah and so is Austin Carlile, but I’m getting married so I can’t say shit!” She laughed and I joined in, “Very true!” we joked. “But seriously, like, what do I do?” I asked nervously. “Well just, stay with Ashton, he likes you. A lot okay?” “Thanks Hannah.” I smiled and hugged her.

And as if on cue Ashton came walking down the stairs. “Good morning.” He smiled and hugged me. His morning voice was perfect oh my god. “Good morning.” I replied. I grabbed some orange juice out of the fridge and poured a glass. I asked if he wanted some and he said no. I sipped on my orange juice and played a game on my phone. Then I saw a message from Lillia, what did she want?

From Lillia: I HAD THE WEIRDEST DREAM LAST NIGHT OMG.
To Lillia: OMG ME TOO. WHAT WAS YOURS?!
From Lillia: IT HAD ASHTON IN IT. AND WE FUCKED. WE HAD, HARDCORE SEX.
To Lillia: OH MY GOD I HAD ONE ABOUT LUKE, IT WASN’T HARDCORE BUT YEAH.
From Lillia: omg what does this mean?!!?!?!?!?!
To Lillia: Idek.

I put my phone down and started to think. “Tori. Tori. Yoo hoo! Earth to Tori.” Ashton said waving a hand in front of me. “Whatcha thinking?” He asked and I just shook my head no to indicate nothing. But this was something. It was a weird something. Maybe I should be with Luke? I don’t know. This is really weird though. “Do you want to go walk around town today?” Ashton asked and I told him sure.

I got dressed and we got into my car. We drove to the mall and walked around, looking at different shops and all the cute clothes. As we were exiting my favorite store, Forever 21, I looked down the hallway and saw a dark haired boy, about Chase’s height and he looked just like him from the back of the head oh my god.

“Ashton.” I said and pulled him towards the boy. As he turned around I immediately realized who it was. I stopped and Ashton did too. My breathing began to quicken up along with my heartbeat. I felt dizzy. As he approached us I began to panic. Oh my god no, no, no! “Tori, Tori? Is that you?!” He shouted and ran up to me. “Yeah, hi.” I said awkwardly as he hugged me.

“Finally out of jail I see.” I laughed. “Haha, yeah! How have you been? Who’s this?” He asked. His voice on the last part got cold and harsh. “I’ve been really good lately. 18 as of yesterday. I thought you weren’t supposed to get out until next month? And this is Lu- Ashton. Ashton, this is Chase.” I can’t believe I almost said Luke oh my god. “Ashton huh? Looks like a fag.” Chase laughed. “Fuck off Chase. He’s way better than you.” I growled.

“As if!” Chase laughed. “He’s a weak little fucktard.” “Hey man, fuck off.” Ashton hissed. “Ooo, looky here! We got a badass. Haha losers.” Chase said and walked off. “Damn okay, yeah, he’s an ass.” Ashton chuckled and I nodded. “Hell yeah.”
