Unexpected Love Year One

-------------Summer's POV-------------

"Can you drive any faster?" I complained to Maggie for the fifth time. We were driving to the mall to pick up gifts and supplies for Niall's birthday and we only had seven hours to pick everything up get food and decorate the house. We told Harry to take him out till ninewhen the party starts. We already invited all his friends and he was going to be totally surprised but at the rate Maggie is going we will be lucky if we get to the mall in time for Christmas.

"Summer it is Friday the 13th and I'm am driving in a foreign country if i go any faster we will die!" Maggie said

"Well pullover I'll drive" I said. Maggie pulled the car over and we switched seats. I had no problem driving and we got there at a decent time.

"Okay its 1:30" I said upon are arrival at the mall "Where should we go first".

"The party store" Maggie replied

"Why"

"It’s next to the food court" Maggie replied pointing to the store on the malls map "And I'm hungry". We made our way to the party shop and hunted down everything green white and orange for Niall's party. We were making it Ireland themed because he has been home sick lately and we hoped it would cheer him up. We found a wall size flag which we were so happy we found.

"Summer look shamrock necklaces" I heard Maggie yell from the other side of the store. I ran over to her.

"Oh there cute we can put them on the guest as they walk in" I said

"Yeah that's a great idea" Maggie said looking at her watch. "We have to pick up the cake and the food soon and we haven't gotten his gift yet. Do you think were done here?"
I looked down at are shopping cart we had streamers, party hats, plates, napkins, a table cloth, a birthday boy banner, party poppers, and are flag.

"Yeah were done" I said. We walked to check out and got our bags. We decided to put the bags back in the car because there was a lot of them and head back into the mall.

"So what are you getting Niall" Maggie asked me as we were wandering trying to find a store to go into.

"I wanna get him a snapback and a soccer jersey" I replied

"Cool I'm getting him high tops"

"This store looks cool" I said leading Maggie to it. We entered and Maggie went straight to the shoe section and I looked at the hat. After a while of browsing I found the perfect hat.

"Maggie" I called. Soon she arrived with a pair of green and sliver high tops in her hand.

"You called" she said

"Look what I found" in my hand I held a ‘Don't Mess with Texas’ snapback.

"That's awesome" she replied

"I know now help me find the jersey". Maggie and I were both searching through different clothing racks then she suddenly squealed.

"You have to wear this!" Maggie said turning towards me. It was a green shirt with white letters that said ‘Kiss me if you’re Irish’. I giggled and took the shirt from Maggie.

"I'll take it," I said and took the shirt from Maggie. We looked around some more in tell we found the jersey and went to check out.

----------Maggie's POV--------------

"Okay so what is the name of the bakery again" Summer asked. We only had two more stops to make before we could get to the boys house to start decorating.

"Christy Cakes" I replied.

"Oh here it is" Summer said pulling over into the parking lot. I got out of the car and went into the bakery. I gave the my name and they handed me my cake. I got back into the car with Summer and we drove off.

"Oh we need gas." Summer concluded as we were driving down the street. She pulled into a gas station and went out to pump the gas. While she was out I decided to take a look at the cake. I opened the box and it read "Happy Birthday Miles Foreign!" At that moment Summer got back into the car and saw the cake.

"I knew I should have ordered it, you talk to fast. They probably had no idea what you were saying" she said

"Well the feeling is mutual, we can just make the cake ourselves!" I said

"Okay" Summer said "Off to Nandos!!"

We drove to Nandos and parked out front I went in to get the food while Summer went across the street to get the cake stuff.

I entered and was greeted by Debbie's smiling face. "I thought your shift was tomorrow afternoon…" she mentioned.

"It is but, I'm here to pick up food for a party"

"You’re throwing a party for whom?"

"My best friends boyfriend, it’s a surprise party"

"Oh that sounds fun. Just don't have too much fun you have work tomorrow"

"I won't, I'm already tired."

"Okay let me go get your food," with that Debbie disappeared into the kitchen and came back out with three bags of food.

"You feeding a small army?" she asked, plopping the bags down on her hostess stand.

"No just rowdy teenagers," I laughed, picking the bags up.

"Well see you tomorrow"

"Yeah have a nice night." I responded then left. I walked back to the car and saw Summer already waiting for me.

“You got the stuff?" I asked upon entering the car.

"Yeah I even found a cute guitar cake pan," she replied, giddily.

"Sweet, let's go!"

We got to the boys house and unloaded everything out of the car. I used the key Haz let me
borrow to get in. We got everything out the car and sat down for a sec to breath.

"So you start in the cake and I'll decorate?" I said to Summer.

"Okay good deal" she said "We have three hours and twenty-eight minutes until the party. Do you think we can do it?"

"Yeah we can do anything!" I replied then we high fived and got to work.
