Chloe POV
3 Months Later
Niall didn’t even chase after me after that incident that I caught him doing, he must have really not meant anything he said to me then when we were together. Our weeding and having a future together, those are all memories now sadly I am trying to move on slowly but it hurts so much.
We have finished school graduation is a month away, the last time I spoke to Niall it didn’t turn out to be the way I wanted it to be. I mean I do miss Niall because he was sweet and all but he was still battling, his demons and that is why he hasn’t progressed in life.
I may be wrong for thinking this way but I haven’t seen him in 3 months, he maybe has changed but I don’t know I want to see him. Suddenly out of the blue my assistant from the learning centre I work told me that there was a fine young man with a suit looking for me.
I went downstairs only to find out it was the same blue eyed, guy that I fell in love with and had made me live to see a better life. He is much more cleaned up now and he is wearing a suit now, carrying a brief case but one thing has not changed and that is his smile.
Niall: “I am sorry for bothering you out of the blue like this Chloe but I was just wondering, if you could have the rest of the day off I need to catch up with you about everything.”
Me: “Ola please take care of the children tell them I will be taking the rest of the day off, I need to catch up with a friend of mine that I have not seen in a long time.”
I grabbed all my files and my bag and we left the building, it was awkward at first walking towards his car I had no idea what to say or talk about it is like I am witnessing a whole new person right in front of my eyes.
Niall: “You are quiet please tell me what is on your mind, I want to know everything that is on…” I started crying for some reason it was not sad tears though, I was so happy to see him like this brand new guy he looked like he found his career path. He hugged me so tightly and cried as well, we just had a crying session in the car.
Me: “You look so different Niall I was so shocked when I saw you it was like, I was staring into a completely different guy. I am so happy for you and what you are doing with your life, you look a lot healthier as well you gained weight so I am just over all a happy girl.”
Niall: “I have been trying to sort out my life, because I want you back Chloe I want you to be with for the rest of my life. I had to take the necessary steps to fix myself before, giving you my all. It was not an easy road because I would always fall back on hold habits but now, I have went to rehab for drug and alcohol addiction it has helped me so much. I feel like a new man Chloe you don’t understand I am not asking for you to trust me just yet, something just tells me that I have to do this.”
He got out of his car seat and he opened my door he kneeled down in front of the entire street, people were stopping by and looking at us. “You have always supported me at my darkest thoughts, when everyone turned their backs on me for help you were the only one offering me a hand. I looked at him as my tears were unbearable to control now my eyes were getting puffy, I nodded yes then he kissed his beautiful lips on mine. You could hear people from across the streets laughing and clapping at the background we looked at them, and waved.
