Hired For Harry
Chapter 2
PAGE’S POV
I was just leaving a photo shoot when a lady approached me.
“Are you Page Philips?” She asks, her tone serious.
“Yes. Who are you?” I ask.
“Danielle Meyers with Modest! Management” She says, extending her hand out for me to shake, which I do.
“Is there anything I can help you with?” I question and she nods.
“As a matter of fact you can. I have a proposal for you, Ms. Philips” She says.
“Okay? What is it?” I ask, suddenly interested.
“How would you like to be Harry Styles’s from One Directions girlfriend?” She inquires.
“You would get paid of course” She adds, noticing my unimpressed expression.
Most girls would say yes in a heartbeat, but I guess I’m not like most girls. I think that Harry Styles is a self-absorbed pop star who doesn’t know anything about the real world.
“I do need the money” I muse.
“What happens if I agree to this?” I ask.
“Well, first off, we will have you sign a contract that states that you will be Harry’s girlfriend for 6 months, but you can’t tell anyone about the contract and in return you’ll be paid $1000 a week but if you break the contract, your pay stops immediately and we have the ability to sue you.”
“Why me?” I ask.
“You are a very beautiful girl, yes, and you are a model which is a perk. You seem like a nice fit for what we’re looking for” She responds.
“Can I think about it?” I ask, biting the inside of my cheek. “I’ll let you know soon.”
“That’s fine. I’ll have my assistant call you in one week” She nods, dimples that I hadn’t noticed before, now visible in her cheeks.
“Alright. Thank you” I sigh, running my free hand through my blonde hair as she walks away without another word exchanged.
