Harry's POV:
Louis & I sat out on the balcony for almost two hours just talking about Elena and I.
I told him how we first met in High School at a party & how we hated each other at first but started talking more and more.
Louis seemed very interested in our funny stories and the adventures we would always have. I then told him how I knew I had feelings for her.
"The day I asked her out was on Valentines day."
Louis smiled and said, "Of course you asked Elena Valentine to be yours on Valentines day, how special."
I laughed at his humor and continued with the story.
"Well I knew she didn't have a Valentine but I wanted to be hers, so I planned the day for us."
"How so?"
"Well in the morning of Valentines day I called her to get ready...."
*flashback*
I woke up in the morning and looked at my clock that was placed on a shelf next to me.
It's 8:37 & I immediately get up from bed realizing it was Valentines Day.
I hopped in the shower and when I got out I changed into some black jeans a with a white t-shirt underneath and my brown shoes.
I opened my closet and took out a small backpack and packed a few things in it. I packed my swimming trunks, a new set of clothes, some extra undergarments, my wallet, my glasses & any other things I thought I might need for the day.
After I was done I grabbed my phone and called her, my bestest friend, the one I secretly loved. I called Elena.
*ring ring ring*
"Hey Harry," she answers.
"Hello love, how'd you sleep?"
"I actually slept like a baby surprisingly. I thought I was going to wake up with like a huge hangover but I didn't."
"That's good to know, what are you doing today?" I asked.
"Well right now I just got out of the shower, I'm not entirely sure about later on though. I'll most likely be sitting on my couch with a blanket and some chocolates watching hopeless romantic movies all night."
I laughed at her sarcasm, happy that she had no plans.
"Well you should set those movies and chocolates to the side for today and be ready in 20 minutes."
"What do you mean?"
"We're going out for the day."
"And where do you plan on going exactly Mr. Styles?"
"It's a surprise, if I tell you now it'll just ruin the whole day silly."
I then hear her laugh on the other end.
"Alright, alright 20 minutes it is, ill see you then."
"Wait, Elena."
"Yeah?"
"Pack up some extra clothes."
"Extra clothes? For what?" She asked.
"Just do it love."
"Haha alright Harry, ill see you in a bit."
"Sounds great."
She then hung up and I grabbed the backpack with my stuff and headed out the door.

I reached the door to Elena's flat and knocked.
*knock knock*
Moments later she opened the door and smiled.
"Hey you!" she said.
"Hey there beautiful."
I walked up to her and gave her a big hug, lifting her off from the ground.
"Hahaha ok Harry ok," she said.
I then set her down & closed the door behind me from her flat.
"Ready to go love?"
"I think so. Besides the fact that I still have no idea where were heading off to."
"Just go with the flow love."
"Go with the flow? Haha Harry that's so lame."
"Not as lame as your face!"
"Not as lame as your face!" she repeated back.
"Not as lame as your lame face!"
"Not as lame as your lame dimple face!"
"Not as lame as your lame comebacks! In your face!"
We both started laughing until she gave up.
"Ok Harold you win."
I wink at her & say, "I always do love."
"Yeah yeah."
"Haha lets get going Elena. We have a long day."
"Alright well I'm ready for an adventure."
She then grabbed her bag with her things she was bringing and like the gentlemen I was I carried it for her.
"Here ill carry that love."
"Thanks Harry." she said.
I then opened up my arm so she could place hers in between mine.
"Shall we."
"We shall."

The day was perfect, just as planned.
The first place is took Elena was to Disneyland.
Elena was a huge fan of roller coasters and Disney so I figured that would be the perfect place to go since surprisingly she's never been there. We had so much fun & were at the famous amusement park until 10pm thats when i decided to take her out to eat. I didn't want to take her to a 5-star restaurant because that seemed to fancy and serious so instead I took her to eat at Denny's.
I ordered the Grand slamwhich and a coffee while she ordered some simple pancakes and a coke. We were at Denny's for over an hour eating our food and talking about random things. After that it was almost 12 and Elena thought the day was over.
"Today was alot of fun Harry, thank you," she said as she was getting in the car.
"Who said it was over love."
She had a curious look on her face and I just laughed.
While I was driving she noticed that we weren't heading back to her house.
"Harry?"
"Yeah love?"
"Where are we going, this is not the way to my place."
"It's a surprise."
"Another surprise, at 12 in the morning? What else could you possibly have in mind."
"You'll see."

Elena's POV:
"Where is he taking me?" I thought to myself.
It didn't matter to me, as long as I was with him, everything seemed pretty much perfect.
About half an hour later we finally parked in a familiar place.
"The beach?" I said.
He just smiled.
"Your crazy, it's dark & it's like the middle of the night."
"And?"
"And did I mention you were crazy!"
He laughed once again as he got out of the car and walked over to open my door. He brought his hand out and said, "Come on."
"Harry," I sighed.
"Just trust me."
I looked at Harry and his gorgeous green eyes & couldn't resist.
I grabbed his hand and we started walking. There was nobody around at all, the beach was completely empty, just Harry and I.
"Harry do you even know where were going."
"Your really impatient you know that."
After a few minutes of walking we stopped.
"Here we are."
I looked around to see nothing but pitch black.
"Wow this is--"
As I was speaking I see bright lights appear behind me and I slowly finished my sentence.
"---... Amazing."
"Harry..." I said.
"This is really.. Beautiful."
He started blushing and showed of his cute dimples.
"How did you do this?" I asked.
"I know people that were willing to set it all up... for a couple hundred dollars."
"Hundred?"
"Don't worry about it love."
We started walking closer to the beach and I took off my shoes as the cold water reached my feet.
"Agh," I said.
"What's wrong?"
"It's to co-old," I said as I was shivering.
"Come one its not that bad."
"Ugh yea it is."
"Well then your really going to hate me for this."
"For what?"
Immediate Harry carried my around his shoulder & went farther into the water.
"Harry no! Stop! I swear if you let go of me I will kill you."
He thought about it for a second and then said, "Worth the risk." And he let go.
I splashed inside the water and was completely soaked.
"You--are--so--dead."
"Your welcome," he said as he was laughing.
"Come on it's not that bad."
"Haha it actually isn't."
We started splashing each other with the water but my heavy clothing made it hard for me to walk.
"Ugh I wish I would have brought my bikini."
"I figure you'd say that, sooo I bought one for you."
"Oh god, watch it be some type of stripper clothing or something."
"Oh shush it's nothing like that. It's in the car ill be right back."
"Alright."
When Harry came back from the car he already had his swimming trunks on & was carrying a backpack, some blankets, a basket and my favorite board game, Life.
"Woah you really planned this out didnt you Harry."
"Well I was hoping for it."
I started walking out of the water and he then took out an all black bikini from his backpack.
"Here you go love."
"Wow this is nice and you got the right size, I'm impressed."
"I try."
I laughed and realized I had no place to change.
"Umm Harry?"
"Yea?"
"Could you turn around? It leave for a couple minutes?"
"How come?"
"Oh you want me to just change in front of you then? Haha"
"Oh, right sorry I'll go."
"Thanks."
Harry was walking away with his back turned to me so he wouldn't see me change. I then started slipping off my clothes one by one and put on my bikini.
"Alright Harry you can come out now." I shouted.
There was nothing but silence.
"Harry? Im done!"
Again no response.
I started walking the way Harry had gone and kept calling his name.
"Harry?"
I started to panic at that point until he came from behind me and shouted, "Boo!"
"Ahhhh! HARRRY!!!"
He did nothing but laugh
"You scared the hell out of me!!" I said as I punched him in the arm.
"Ow haha."
"You deserved that."
"I got you good though."
"Yeah yeah."
Harry then started looking up and down my body.
"Wow the bikini looks great on you."
I looked down and blushed.
"Thank you."
The rest of the night was amazing. Harry and I went for a swim, then we laid down some blankets on the sand and had a little picnic and even played a game of life.
It was around 3 in the morning and we were both just laying down next to each other looking at the stars and just talking.
"Wow, it's so beautiful out here."
"It is."
"Thank you Harry."
"For what love?"
"Well not only for this amazing day, but for being in my life, for putting up with me throughout all these years. I don't know what I'd do or where I'd be if you hadn't of come into my life," I said as I turned my head to face his."
A few moments later Harry sat up and said, "I don't know what my life would have been like if I hadn't of met the girl I love."
That immediately caught my attention, "The girl you love?"
Harry then turned to me & said, "You Elena."
My heart started racing and I felt joy and happiness because I knew with all my heart I felt the same way for him.
"Elena... I've loved you for the longest time. Words can't describe how perfect you are to me. You're smart, funny, sweet & crazy beautiful. I love every moment we spend together but I don't want to just be your friend anymore I want to be more than that. So Elena Rose Valentine... Will you be my girlfriend?"
As he said those last words he took out a necklace that had a letter H engraved in it and below it said Always & Forever.
"Say something," said Harry.
I didn't know what to say, my mind was filled with many different emotions so I just did the one thing I've always dreamt of doing.
I kissed Harry.
It was a slow yet passionate kiss. His tongue managed to slide in and after a few minutes we slowly broke apart.
"I love you to."
I looked at him and he once again showed off his dimples before leaning in for another kiss.
*end of flashback*
"Wow, you guys really had strong feelings for each other didn't you?" said Louis.
I nod my head yes and said, "It's crazy because when I saw her for the very first time in years when you brought her over, it's like everything I felt for her came rushing back all in one moment. And it's hard because I don't know if she feels the same way."
"Harry... you have to tell her," he said.
"I'm scared. What if-- the feelings she had left a long time ago? What if I'm just making a fool out of myself."
"True love never fades away mate."
I smiled at Louis comment & we suddenly heard the front door to our house open.
"The boys are back already?" I asked.
"They shouldn't be, Zayn just texted me about 20 minutes ago that they were still at the beach?"
We both then got curious and headed downstairs to see who it was.
We both walked to the kitchen and saw Elena unwrapping some shopping bags.
"Elena... What a surprise," said Louis.
"Hey guys! I'm sorry for barging in like that it's just it's really cold outside and you guys left your front door open."
"No worries love," I said.
Louis then gave me the looked and gestured me to go and help her with her grocery bags.
"Here let me help you with that."
"Thanks Harry."
"So Elena what is this all for?" said Louis.
"Well I heard the other guys left to the beach and you two were home alone so I decided to stop by the grocery store and pick up a few things."
"Becaauusseee?"
"Because, Louis, I make a mean steak and since I know Harry craves them 24/7 I was hoping you do to."
"You know us to well."
"Annddd later on at night I was hoping we could go out to a club."
"Sounds like a plan," I said.
"The boys won't be back anyways until tomorrow so it's all good." said Louis.
"Great! Let me get started on this."
Louis then mouthed, "Help her."
"Let me help you make it love." I said.
She looked at me and smiled, "You sure the famous Harry Styles can handle a couple burns."
"I'll try my best not to cry."
Elena then started laughing & Louis headed out.
"Oh fellas well I have to go and run a couple errands so ill be back in about an hour an a half."
"Alright Im sure the food will be ready by then." said Elena.
"Alright well have fun you two," said Louis as he winked at me before walking out.
Elena turned and looked at me, "You ready?"
"Lets do this."
