Taylor POV

We landed in New York at about 3 pm. We got off of the plane and went straight to the Coast Guard base. Didn't even bother to get a hotel room.

"Welcome!" The receptionist greeted as we walked into the base.

"Hello." Calum replied.

"Do you have anything scheduled?" They receptionist asked.

"Yes." Luke answered.

"Name?"

"Luke Hemmings."

"Right this way!" The receptionist lead us to a room with many computers. There was a long table in the middle with lots of chairs, in which were filled with the other 5 girls and their guardians. They rest of us took a seat just as three men walked in and sat at one end.

"Hello, I am Jack Landingtons. Private Investigator for the U.S. Coast Guard. So, I hear that you have reported a kidnapping?"

"Yes," Luke said.

"Do you have any evidence that the victim is off of the Coast?“ Jack asked.

"Yes, we do." Luke answered.

"And what is that?" Jack pulled out a notebook.

"We have tracked her phone by GPS to the middle of the Atlantic Ocean." Luke smoothly replied.

"If the victim has phone, why haven't they called?" Jack sure had a lot of questions.

"Calling has been shut off." Luke responded.

"Ok," Jack said. "Before we go on, I would like to introduce you to one of the helicopter captains at this base, Eric Keldons."

"Hello." A guy, assumingly Eric, said. "I am Eric Keldons. I have been a captain for the U.S Coast Guard for 13 years. I am highly trained in long distance flying-" He rambled on.

"He will be taking part of your established crew out looking." Jack said.

"How many?" Ash asked.

"Two." Eric said. "Any volunteers?"

Luke raised his hand. "I'll go."

"I'll go too." Scarlet and I said at the time, raising our hands.

"Why would you go? Your not even that close to Liv like me." Scarlet said.

"I would go because I'm her sister." I said.

"Yeah, I'm like her sister, too." Scarlet sneered.

"She means actually related." Melody added.

"Your related to Liv?" Ally asked.

"Yeah," I said. "And I would go because I was actually kidnapped with Liv. And I know the kidnapper. He's our dad!"

"I think we should take her." Luke said. "She's the one who knows the most."

"Ok, then it's settled." Eric said. "I take those two."

"The rest of you will go with Mark Claind. He is our boat captain." Jack said.

"I will take you looking by water." Mark said. "And now I think we best be going."

We all stood up and began to separate. I ran over to Ashton and hugged him.

"I'll be okay." I reassured him.

"I know." He said. He kissed my on the head. And he went to join the rest of the group.

I followed Luke and Captain Eric to the helicopter. We got in and put those headphone things on.

"Are you ready?" Eric Asked us.

"Yeah," Luke and I replied.

"Okay," Eric said as the helicopter slowly lifted off of the ground. And we began counting down the time until Liv lould finally be safe.
