As we walked out I swarm of girls crowded us. Louis grabs my hand and we walk to a white BMW M3 convertible with black rims. I let go and walk around to the passengers side and get in

“Nice car, Tomo” I say
“Thanks, Key” He replies

We sat in silence for about 5 minutes

“So… Whats your story?”

“Erm… Well my mom was shot on my 5th birthday and after that my dad became an alcoholic, I was beaten and, and, kicked and…” I saw Louis staring at me with a mix of shock and sorrow. “ But when I was ten, uh Child services took me away and my dad was put on trial… He ended up winning an-“

“Wait are you telling me, that asshole who abused you was let free to go?”

“Uh… Yeah, but I haven’t seen him since” I say trying to shrug it off

We talked a bit more then we got to the airport.

Skip plane ride

We get in another car and we drive off.

“By the way, I live with my girlfriend Eleanor” Louis says

“I’ve always wanted to meet her!” I reply

“Great” He smiled

We arrive at a house, it was bigger than the foster home but it wasn’t a mansion either. We walk inside and I’m approached by a girl with beautiful brown hair in an amazing outfit.

“Hi, I’m Eleanor!” She says coming in for a hug

“Hi I’m Scarlet” I say accepting the hug

“Welcome to our humble abode” Louis says

“Its amazing!” I say

“Let me show you your room” Eleanor says

“Oh, Oh, I wanna come” Louis says






Eleanor grabs my hand and runs up the stairs and brings me to a room at the end of the hallway. Louis covers my eyes and Eleanor opens the door and I walk in. Louis uncovers my eyes and I scream.


Room



“It’s amazing” I squeal and I jump onto the bed.

“I’m glad you like it” Eleanor says

“We tried to make it as beautiful as we could” Louis finishes as he puts his arm around Eleanor’s shoulder.

“Not to make it awkward or anything, you two should get married” I say with a cheeky smile

“It’s not going to make us feel awkward you know, we get that a lot” He says smiling

“Dang” I say under my breath while smiling

“Well, now its time to use the bed” Louis says

“Yeah, its pretty late” Eleanor agrees

“Ok, goodnight adopted parents” I say

Eleanor and Louis laugh as they turn the light out and walk out the door. I lied awake thinking of so many things like will I see the girls again? Is this my new life? I soon drifted asleep.
A month later

I got a phone call from an unknown number and I picked up

“Hello?” I asked

“Scar, its Melody”

“Melody!” I scream

“Listen” My stomach dropped “I’m at the hospital and Liv started to cut”

I dropped the phone and started shaking ‘No she isn’t, she couldn’t, she wouldn’t’ I heard Melody yelled my name and I fall to my knees. Just then Louis came in and saw me. He ran over and started to cradle me in his arms.

“Louis” I whisper

“What is it” He says with panic

“We need to go to Australia”

“O-Okay” He says and he picked up the phone and asked Melody where Liv was.

We pack our stuff and we go to the airport. It felt like forever getting there but we got there and we went straight to the hospital that Liv was at.

“I’m looking for Liv Campbell” I say sternly

“Scarlet” I hear someone yell

“Melody” I say with relief

“I need to see her” I say grimly

“Come on” Melody says as she grabs my hand

I walk in and I see Liv talking to Luke Hemmings

“Scarlet!” She says

“Can I talk to my sister alone” I say directing my question towards Luke with tears in my eyes.

“Sure, sure” He says

I see Liv look down and I walk up to her.

“Why” I whisper with tears streaming down my face now.
“I couldn’t handle it” She says, I was starting to get angry now

“Couldn’t handle it? I was hit, kicked, slapped, and raped for 4 years and didn’t start to cut until the last two years if Luke was nice enough to bring you to the hospital I doubt he abused you” I say almost yell

“He didn’t abuse me” she says quietly “I need to tell you something… WAIT you were raped??” She yells.

“Fuck” I say under my breath

“Why wouldn’t you tell us? Do the others know? Who does know?” Liv screams at the top of her lungs

“I’ll answer one question” I say

There was a long pause, maybe like 7 minutes.

“How often?” She asked. The one question I didn’t was to answer the most

“Everyday” I mumble with tears running down my face like a waterfall

I saw so many emotions on Liv’s face, sad, mad, disgust.

“I gotta go, I’m coming back tomorrow” I say

“Wait-“ I close the door before she could finish.

I walk up to Louis and Eleanor.

“We can go” I say shakily

“It’s ok Key, it’s ok” Louis says while picking me up, he did this a lot when I was upset

We drive back to our hotel room and go to bed.

Next day

We go back to the hospital and I go to Liv’s room

“What did you want to tell me yesterday?” I ask

“Um… Me and Luke kissed and slept in the same bed together”

“Ok” I say

“Thats all?” She asks

“I’m trying to be calm” I say holding back my anger

“Well you’d be the first” She says and I stayed a couple hours just talking. Then we went to visit the other girls, Mel, Tay, and Ari. And for the last couple days Eleanor, Louis, and I went sight seeing.
