Chapter Three
Ria's P.O.V.
I had just left school and was dreading going home to see my dad but I knew I should get home quick after what had just previously happened.
As I was getting my bag, I noticed I had a text, I was excited, I never get texts!
When I took out my phone and read the text, my heart nearly stopped.
From: Unknown
Hey, I can't stop thinking about you, I need to see you.
Niall xx
The first thing I did was save his number into my phone. I couldn't believe that he actually texted me. So many thoughts were going through my head, why did he like me? out of all people, why me? I decided to text him back.
To: Niall <3
Do you really want this?
Almost immediately he replied.
From: Niall <3
Yes, when and where can I see you?
I thought about it and realised , how am I ever gonna see him? My dad won't let me leave the house unless for school. After thinking about it for a while, I had an idea. I'll text my dad to tell him that I have to stay back after school, he's really gullible with things like that.
To: Dad
Hi dad, I have to stay back after school today with my maths teacher, so I won't be home until about 7:00.
After that I texted Niall back.
To: Niall <3
Now, I'm just finished school, come pick me up.
And of course he replied two minutes later.
From: Niall <3
Okay babe be there in two minutes x
And two minutes later he pulled up in his car, damn this boy is punctual!
He stopped the car in front of me and I hopped in.
"Hey gorgeous how was school" He said then kissed my cheek.
"Oh just school, how was your day" I asked trying not to blush at the fact that he called me gorgeous and kissed my cheek.
"Didn't really do much just sat around, so where do you wanna go?" He asked.
"Oh em I don't mind wherever you wanna go."
"Movies it is, there's a really good horror movie out, my treat, let's go"
I smiled at him and he returned the gesture. Was this a date?! My first date with the perfect guy, could this get any better? The car journey was nice we talked but it was just small talk, but when we were stopped at a red light, he put his hand on my thigh, when he did this my whole body froze. I didn't know what to do, thankfully we pulled up to the cinema and we got out of the car.
When we got out of the car, Niall put on sunglasses and put his hood up, is he banned from this place or something? I didn't want to question him so he just took my hand and we walked in.
When we got inside we went up to the counter and ordered our tickets, I noticed the girl who worked there was looking at Niall weirdly, but he just kept his head down, ex girlfriend or something?
I just shook it off and we walked into the movie. The movie hadn't started yet and it was really bugging me not knowing why he acted like that out there but just as I was about to ask him, the movie started. So I decided to shut up.
When it started I just remembered that I HATE scary movies. I was terrified but Niall put his arm around me and I hid behind him whenever the scary bits came.
Niall's P.O.V.
I don't think I had ever hated a movie so much in my life, I was shitting myself it was fucking scary, but I couldn't act scared in front of Ria and she was scared shitless so I put my arm around her to protect her ;)
When the movie was over it was about 7:20 and I was starving.
"You wanna go get some pizza? I'm starving" I asked.
"Emm what time is it?" She asked.
"Almost 7:30 why?" I said.
She went pale, she looked scared, why? I was about to say something when her phone buzzed. She looked down at it and her face went even more pale if possible.
I took her phone from her and read the message.
From: Dad
You're late already you fat bitch, looks like someone's getting another beating tonight.
She burst into tears and I held her while she cried.
"Babe why didn't you tell me your dad abused you, I'm not letting you go back to that house, you're spending the night in mine"
"I-I can't y-you don't understand h-he'll hurt me" She sobbed.
"Shhh it's okay baby I won't let him" I whispered and kissed her head.
I drove us back to my house and brought her inside. We sat down on the couch and I just held her while she cried. I hated the thought of someone hurting her, I know she was basically a stranger but she was already so important to me and I didn't ever want her to be hurt by that cunt of a father again.
Ria's P.O.V.
I stopped crying and just sat there in NIall's embrace, I've never done this with a boy before, I've never even been vaguely involved with a boy before. I really wanted to get to know him more.
"Thank you for being here" I mumbled into his chest.
"I'm always gonna be here, I know we don't know each other that well but I do really like you and I wanna get to know you better"
I sat up and faced him.
"I wanna get to know you better too" I smiled.
"Let's play twenty questions" He suggested.
I laughed when he said that, it was a funny way of trying to get to know someone but I agreed anyway.
"Okay, what's your favourite food" He asked.
"Chocolate" I giggled
"What's your favourite food" I asked.
"Hmm it's a tough one but probably pizza" He answered.
"Okay, when was your first boyfriend?" He asked.
I was dreading that question I'v never even kissed anyone let alone a boyfriend! "He's gonna think I'm such a child when tell him" I thought.
"Umm I guess ehh never" I said.
He looked at me in disbelief.
"Seriously?!" He asked.
"Yes I've never really been involved with a boy, don't make fun of me" I started blushing.
"You mean you've never....kissed .anyone" He started leaning in closer to me, is he gonna kiss me?! I didn't know what to do I was shaking like hell.
Before I knew it his lips crashed to mine and it was the best moment in my life. The kiss was gentle, not like a rough needy kiss, it was cute and innocent.
My first kiss....wow it was better then I ever thought it would be.
