Liam's POV

I paced into my apartment to be met with two pair of confused eyes. But none of which I wanted to see. "Where's Jillian?" I asked. They both huffed and crossed their arms. Niall looked at Zayn and chuckled shaking his head.

"You're a complete fool Liam Payne." Niall walked towards me and shoved me walking out of the apartment.

"He's right, you're a complete idiot Liam, next time don't lie to the only person who's ever made you happy." He shoved passed me and slammed the door behind him. I sighed and took my phone out and dialed Jillian's number. It rang and rang till I reached the voice-mail.

"Jillian, please call me. Let me explain, please. Look, we've both risked more than a lot for this, don't give up so easily." I sighed and hung up.

I walked over to my laptop and logged onto twitter. I saw the trends and I was surprised to see Payzer number one. I clicked the hashtag and immediately I saw pictures of me and Danielle. I ran my hand over my face and groaned. This can't be happening. I shook my head and grabbed my keys. I ran to my car and rushed to Jillian's place. This was just a big misunderstanding. I ran to her door and knocked. There was no answer so I knocked once more making the door swing open. Empty. Everything was gone. I ran to her room only to find hangers on the floor, no clothes, no shoes, nothing. I dropped to my knees and pulled on my growing hair. This can't be happening, I couldn't have lost her. Not when everything was starting to get better. I got up and punched the wall making a giant hole in the wall. I rushed out the flat and returned to mine. I called Louis and he sighed, he knew something everyone did but no one said a word to me. And it was killing me.

Jillian's POV

"Thanks for letting me crash here Niall." I gave him a slight smile.

"It's not a problem." He wrapped his arms around me and pulled me into a hug. "That's what best friends are for." He kissed my head quickly and pulled away from the hug.

"You sure Liam won't know I'm here?" Niall chuckled.

"Liam hardly comes over, he's always in his own little world." I nodded and sat on my new bed.

"I can't believe he'd do that, out of everyone, it had to be him. He had to lie to me and go behind my back and sneak around." I sighed. "Has anything ever happened between them Niall?" Niall sighed and looked down.

"No, but she's practically in love with him." I looked at him.

"Meaning?" He shook his head.

"They're bestfriends. She gained feelings for him over the years." I nodded.

"I don't blame her." I looked down and sighed. I felt a large hand on my back as I closed my eyes.

"Don't think about him too much Jillian, let's go watch Nemo." I smiled.

"You always know how to cheer me up." I rolled my eyes and shoved him lightly.

"Oh come on, you know you want me to make us some popcorn." I smiled and nodded. "There ya go, come on." He took my hand and we skipped into the main room.

The next morning I was woken up by multiple yells. I didn't know who they were until my hearing adjusted. "How dare you do that to her? Knowing all the shit she's gone through. She has trust issues and you just fucking lied to her!" Niall's Irish voice shouted.

"You don't know anything Niall!" Liam screamed back.

"Then fucking tell me!" I heard a glass break and I shot up out of bed.

"I had to apologize to her!" Liam shouted louder.

"Then why didn't you just tell Jillian!" Niall shouted right back.

"I don't know!" Liam shouted once more. "I just don't know." He spoke softer. "I wanted to, but for some reason, I didn't. And now she probably thinks that I'm trying to date my best friend." I heard Liam's sobs. "Like it matters, she left me. She's gone Niall, she's not at her apartment, she's not anywhere to be found." I could hear him wipe his hand over his face.

"Well, that's your fault Liam, you knew how much problems she had and you just went in and lied to her. I lost my best friend because of you, do you realize that?" Niall sounded very convincing. "I won't be able to bond with anyone like I did with Jillian, you're not the only one who lost her, I did too!" I peeked out of my door and I could see them. Liam's tears rolling down his face non stop.

"You don't understand Niall, I love her." Niall shook his head.

"I love her too Liam!" Niall shouted. It frightened me to see Niall like this but I knew why he was doing it.

"I was going to spend the rest of my life with her Niall, we were supposed to go through thick and thin. I gave up so much for her." Niall shook his head.

"No Liam, she gave up so much for you. You still have your job, she doesn't have anything. How is she supposed to survive all alone? You screwed her over Liam, you did. When all she did was love you." Niall sighed. "Just get out Liam, I don't want to see you cry over something that's your fault." Liam nodded and stepped towards the door.

"I'm sorry Niall, I always ruin things for you." He stepped out of the apartment and Niall sighed. I walked over to him and hugged him from behind. I startled him but he hugged me back.

"Thank you." I whispered.

"Anything for you Jillian." He smiled.
