Darker Than Most
Choose now.
"Mom say something." I pleaded.
She has been just staring at me for five minutes straight looking at me with disappointment. She let out a deep breath and said,
"I don't want you to see him."
I felt like I was hit by a dozen bricks. Did she really just tell me I can't see him anymore.
"Sorry mom that doesn't work like that more, remember I'm eighteen." I replied.
She gave me a look and laughed.
"As long as you live in my house you live by my rules."
"That's not fair mom! I love him.!" I yelled
"Alright, then pack up your things and get out of my house." She said crossing her arms.
I can't believe she is doing this to me, is she really kicking out her pregnant daughter. Tears sprang out of my eyes.
"Mom are you really doing this to me?" I sobbed.
"You brought this upon yourself. Either you don't see Louis or you don't see me. Take you pick."
I love Louis, but I need my mother. Also I would like to have my child to have a father in their live. I don't want to choose but it looks like I have to.
"I choose, uhh. L-Louis." I stuttered.
"Alright see you later tonight. I'll have your stuff packed."
She turned and walked away. She left me in the middle of the parking lot crying. I heard footsteps coming from behind me.
"Babe what's wrong?" Louis asked quickly taking me into his arms.
"M-m-my mom just kicked me out." I said with my cracking.
"Why?" He asked.
"Because I chose you over her." I said.
"Awe babe." He said pulling my head close to his chest.
"I did it for us. Not just me and you. But me, you and this baby." I said smiling and rubbing my stomach.
"We'll I'm glad you wanted to keep all of us together." He said looking down at me.
"I wouldn't imagine it any other way." I said smiling then getting on my tip-toes and soft kissing him.
