Harry Styles
(Main Character) He doesn't know that Paisley is in love with him, or that she has cancer. He does everything to get her happy again, which cost him his relationship with Carley, and is starting to ruin his with Desiree. While he is paying attention to Paisley, he's still trying to find real love. He cares a lot about Paisley, and you care the most about what you love. That thought hasn't entered his brain, though.
Paisley Andromeda Dunst
(Main Character) Paisley's been best friends with Harry since birth. She's been in love with him since she was sixteen and he doesn't know. She also has cancer, and Harry doesn't know that either. She's been acting depressed since she's keeping these two things from Harry. She's been keeping all of her feelings inside, because she's scared of how Harry will react.
