The Power Of Three

Presley's P.O.V. *skip to Saturday* Today is my date with Niall. I looked through all my clothes looking for the right dress to wear. I only have about five dresses but I look at all the possible options. That includes skirts. Nothing looks good enough to wear so i change and head down stairs to grab my glasses and wallet. I get in the car and head to the mall. I turn on the radio and my favorite song comes on. "I GO ONE LESS PROBLEM WITH OUT YOU!!!", I sing. All my friend have told me that I need to try out for the X Factor or something but I dont think im good enough. Once im there I go into PacSun. I just decided to go in there to grab a new pair of shorts. After I paid of them I walked into Forever 21 because I love that store. I was looking in the jewelry section when I spotted the perfect dress. I grabbed it and found some shoes that match perfectly. I was pretty proud of myself for that. I put the bags in my car and drove over to Nicole's house because she said she would help me get ready. She lives five minutes away from the mall so it didn't take me long to get there. I didn't even bother to knock because we have known each other since we were in 1st grade. Nicole runs up to and grabs both of the bags and sets them down on the counter. "So Presley what did you get?", she asks opening up my bags. She spots my dress and takes it out. "Oh my gosh Pres its so cute." I grab it away from her. "I know thats why I bought it." She just gave me a 'really' look and I nodded. "Hey you need to shower and get dressed because you have a date in 3 hours.", she says while pushing me towards the bathroom. "Alright im going.", I laugh. Once im done I dry my hair with my towel and put on my dress. "Nicole can you bring some make up and a blow dryer please." "Sure do you need anything else?", she asks. "Um oh yeah can you get me a curling wand?" "Yeah ill be there in like two minutes." "Ok thank you." She comes down stairs with everything and we get to work. I blow dried my hair while she made dinner for herself. "Nicole im going to start curling my hair.", I say. "Why does that concern me?" "Oh shut up, and come back in here I need your help." She walks in with a big bowl of spaghetti. "Gosh, hungry much?", I ask. "No not really why?" "Whatever child." "I need help with my make up.", I say. She does my make up while I finish curling my hair. "Nicole this looks amazing!!!", I said.
"No YOU look amazing", she said. "Haha thank you.", I laugh. "Girl its 7:30 you better get going." "Oh is it? Crap I gotta go, bye Nicci thank you again." I shut the door and drive to the In'n'Out Niall was talking about. I straighten my outfit and walk in.
"Hey princess." I look around and see Niall behind me. "Uh hi.", I say trying to hide the nervousness in my voice. "You look gorgeous.", he said. "Thank you."
We went up to the counter and ordered. I got a double double animal style and Niall got two of them. "Niall you sure you can eat all that?" "Oh yeah I've done it many times before princess." I like it when he calls me that. Of course I've only known him a few days but he still calls me that. "109 your foods ready 109." The intercom thing says. "Thats us.", he says. We grab our food and sit down at a table by a window. "I have a question.", I say. "How did you know where I live?" He stops eating and looks at me. "Oh um I kinda looked you up and found out where you live.", he mumbles. "Oh." I will admit I am a little freaked out. I just met him and he decided to look up where I live. "Listen Presley I need to tell you something but we have to be alone." Oh gosh now im really scared. "O-ok.", I stutter "Finish your food and I will take you back to my house." What the heck!!!! I get in my car and follow him. He parks in front of this huge house. I park and get out. I should've brought a jacket because its freezing. Niall notices me shivering and hands me his jacket. "Its ok Niall, really.", I say. "Besides were almost inside." "Trust me its the same temperature inside as out here.", he replies. He gives it to me again and I smile. I put it on and we walk into the house. "Oh Niall brought a girl home.", some boy says. "Shut up Harry.", he says to the boy I now know as Harry. He was cute. He hair curly brown hair and green eyes. No to mention his British accent. "LIAM, ZAYN, LOUIS COME DOWN STAIRS NIALL BROUGHT A GIRL HOME!!", Harry yelled. I turned a bright red. Just seconds later I see three boys run down the stairs and over to us. "Boys meet Presley.", Niall says. "So Presley how many dates have you guys been on?", the one with brown hair and blur eyes says. "Only one.", I reply simply. "Has he kissed you yet?", the dark haired one says. I instantly turn a deep shade of red. "No not yet.", I say.

"Not YET", says the brown haired brown eyed boy. "Shut up Liam.", Niall says. I could tell he was embarrassed. "Awe come on lad were only having a bit of fun with you guys.", Liam says. So the curly haired one is Harry and the Brown eyed Brunette is Liam. I know the other boys are Louis and Zayn but I dont know which ones which. "Presley do you have any friends that I might like?", Liam asks. "I dont know you tell me." I take out my phone and show them a picture of Brooklyn and I at the Orange County Fair. "Eh she's okay.", Harry says. Then I show them a picture of Nicole and I eating ice cream on the swings. Liam's eyes go wide. "What wrong Liam.?", I ask. "Thats the girl I met yesterday." Then it clicks. Liam was the boy Nicole said she liked. "Do you like her?", I ask. He nods and I smile. "Would you like to see her again?", I ask. He nods again. "I'll call her and tell her to come over." He smiles and blushes. *Texting Nicole*

To Nicole- hey you remember thst boy Liam right? From Nicole- yeah why? To Nicole- im at his house and he said he wanted you to come over. From Nicole- really?!?!?! Ok send me the address and I will be over there soon. I send her the address and tell the guys she's on her way. "Ok so I still dont know all of your names.", I say. They all stand up and make a line. Niall in the front. "Im Niall." "Im Harry." "Im Zayn."

Ok the dark haired boy is Zayn so the other one is Louis. "Im Liam." "And I Love Carrots.", Louis finishes. I giggle. "Presley do you want to watch so t.v. till your friend is here?", Niall asks. "Sure she wont be here till a half an hour anyway." We all walk to the living room and turn on

Modern Family. I sit next to Niall and Zayn. Half way through the episode Niall puts his arm around me and I lean my head on his shoulder. It was perfect. I could feel the butterflies go crazy in my stomach. The show ends and Nicole knocks on the door. "I'll get it", Liam says practically running to the door. Five minutes later they come sit down. "Whst were you two doing over there?", I ask eyeing them suspiciously. "Nothing we were just talking.", Nicole says. "Mmhhhmmm Sure Nicci I believe you." "Whatever Pres." After we introduce everyone we decided to play a game. "How about spinning the bottle.", Harry suggests. "How about no.", I say snapping my fingers. "What about truth or dare?", Niall asks. "NOOOOOO!!!", I shout. "Come on Pres please?", Nicole asks. "UHHH fine, but I get to start." "Ok." "Harry truth or dare?", I ask. "Dare." I whisper something to Nicole and she nods. "Ok Harry I dare you to eat a jalapeno with whipped cream on it." "Really?" "Yup", I say popping the 'p'. He goes into the kitchen and grabs the jalapeno and whipped cream. I put the whipped cream on for him and he eats it. "Thats gross Harry.", Nicole says. We go back to the living room and Harry asks Niall. "Niall truth or dare? " "Dare, mate, always dare." "Ok I dare you to kiss.." Please be me. Please be m-"Nicole." WHAT!?!?!?! "Really Harry?" "You suck Styles.", Liam says. "Where do I kiss her?", Niall asks. "On.The.Lips."

"No way mate, im not doing it." "You have to Niall its a dare.", Harry says. He looks at me hesitantly and then kisses her on the lips. It seemed like it lasted forever but it was only like two seconds. I could feel the tears brimming my eyes.

I get up and run to my car. I locked myself it and let them come down. I dont know why im crying. I just met him and it was a dare its not like he wanted to kiss her, right?

I clean up my running mascara and just sit in my car, listening to music. I was half expecting someone to come out and look for me but no one did. Wow I guess they care about me. *note the sarcasm* Maybe they dont care about me. I turned my car on and headed home. Some friends they are. As soon as I got home I I took my make up off, changed into pajamas and went to bed.
