• Chapter 8 •
-Ashton’s POV-
“I don’t understand why you never told us Ash?!?”
“For three years you had us fucking fooled.”
“You broke up with Aly! Not the other way round!”
Mike and Cal are really getting under my skin as they yell at me for fucking things up with Aly. On top of that, Rihannah and I still haven’t made up so I’m stuck at the boy’s hotel rooms.
“Okay look, I’m sorry! That was three years ago and if Aly can move on from it why can’t you guys?!” I ask exasperated.
“Aly hasn’t moved on. Haven’t you seen the way she looks, you destroyed her!” Michael yells at me.
“And if you think that you are anywhere close to fixing things with her and Mia, think again, because it is going to take a loooongg time to make up for those three years,” Calum says.
Are they right? I thought since Aly let me see Mia that we’re alright now but now I’m not so sure.
I get up from the couch and head towards Luke’s room, he always knows how to fix things
-Aly’s POV-
“Why didn’t you ever tell me?” Cece whines.
“Tell her what?” Renata asks.
Currently we are having a girl’s night at Cece’s house. Mia has fallen asleep on the couch leaving the rest of us alone and distraction free.
“I’m sorry Ce, but I always wanted to move on from him and I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it.”
“Not make a big deal out of what?” Renata asks. She is so beyond confused right now.
“That’s no excuse Aly, I knew that you had a baby but not with Australian’s fucking teenage heartthrob,” Cece says.
“Who?” Renata asks.
“Ashton Irwin.” Cece and I say in unison.
“What!?” Renata almost screams. Oh I forget, she is just as crazy about 5sos as Cece is, “Ashton is Mia’s dad?”
“Yes, but keep it down Mia is right there and I never want her finding out about this,” I whisper.
“Why? You already told us how cute they looked together and how much you loved seeing him with her the other day.”
“Yeah but Ashton is not ready to be in her life again. He left us once, and I don’t want to go through that again. If he is never in our life again then he can’t leave us again. Get it?” I ask slightly irritated that they don’t understand where I am coming from.
They nod with frowns on their faces.
“Does that mean I never get the meet the fucking hunky Calum Hood?” Renata asks.
By the way, she is in love with him. She never shuts up about it.
“No but-“ I start before being interrupted by Cece.
“I’ve meet him, all of them actually,” she smugly smirks at Renata making her jealous.
“You bitch!” Renata jokes.
“Shhh, I don’t want my baby girl hearing you to try hards cursing over boys,” I say with a grin.
They laugh and we continue the conversation.
-Ashton’s POV-
“I don’t know Luke, what if it doesn’t work,” I sigh as he sits on his bed, watching me pace around his room.
“It will, she just has to feel the same way about you.”
“Yeah, but what if she doesn’t? I mean it’s been three years she probably doesn’t feel the same.” I sigh again.
“Well then...” he pauses.
“Then what?” I’m almost begging for him to continue.
“You’ll just have to make her fall again.”
