Forever Alone

The boys have been away for quite some time now. You have talked to Louis and the rest of them most of time that they have been gone. When you talked with Niall he always made you laugh and smile like crazy. He was becoming some sort of disease but it was a good disease. He always told you that he missed you. You never thought that someone could miss you. You never thought someone would want to see you again. Niall promised that he would be home soon yet you wished it was sooner. You really missed him. A piece of you was missing.

Niall had requested a chat with you. It has been a while since you have seen his face. You guys mostly texted or called on the phone never really chatted on the computer. You had to imagine what he looked like and how he sounded. You always imagined how his hair was styled. The way his brown-colored roots mixed in with his blonde highlighted hair which was styled ever so nicely. The way his half smiled formed when you said something cute or funny. The way his laugh echoed throughout the room. You could just picture this.

Once you sent him those funny texts and you could just hear his laugh even though he was so far away. You could just see his crystal blue eyes staring into your soul silently telling you that everything was going to be okay. You also imagined his nose. Most people don’t look at noses but you do. You loved his nose and how beautiful it was. How could you describe his nose? It was perfect. Oh and his lips! He’s pale pink lips and how every time he takes a breath with his mouth, his lips separate ever so slightly letting the air brush against them as it travels to his lungs. Oh and the way his chest rises and fall when he’s calm. You have watched it before. When he’s nervous it speeds up ever so slightly but once he looks at you it starts to slow down. You are his kryptonite. You are his savior.

Your computer kept making noises. You have has this chat request for about ten minutes now. You were keeping him waiting. You slid your mouse over to the green accept button. The chat then started. You saw his beautiful smile. His eyes glistened in the light. He and the boys were in America and it was still early there. You have missed that face with every inch of your being. You wanted to tell him that you missed him yet you were scared. You think he is going to think you are weird.

“Hey,” he called out.

“Hey,” you smiled.

“How’s everything?” he asked

“Okay,” you mumbled, “And you?”

“It’s okay. The lads and I have been busy,” he answered.

“Sounds exciting,” you told him.

“Oh it is,” he laughed.

“So how is my homeland treating you?” I asked

“It’s nice but you want to know what would be better?” he asked

“Cookies?” you laughed

“No,” he responded.

“What then?” you questioned.

“You,” he smiled.

“What are you talking about?” you asked

“Judith, will you come here to America?” he asked

“I can’t leave now,” you responded.

“Why not?” he asked

“I got school,” you replied.

“I heard you guys are done in a few weeks. Rachel and Bridgette are coming,” he answered.

“Well, they have boyfriends over there,” you looked at the ground.

“Oh,” he responded.

“I mean I would love to come…but,” you stopped.

You didn’t want to tell him the real reason why you didn’t want to go. You were afraid that he would laugh at you. The thing is that you would be nowhere near them. You would be nowhere near that horrible place. You didn’t want to see them. You didn’t want to deal with that. You didn’t want to deal with the horror that going to that place endures.

“But what?” he asked

“Promise me that if I do come you won’t take me to my hometown?” you replied

“I promise Judith,” he smiled.

“I guess then since you promised that I will come,” you smiled back.

“Judith, I won’t do anything to piss you off. I want you to be happy,” he responded.

“Okay, so when do I leave?” you asked

“About a week after school gets out,” he answered.

“So what are we going to do?” you asked

“Well, you have to wait till then Princess,” he smiled.

“Okay,” you answered.

You heard Rachel calling from the kitchen. She wanted you to help her with something. You quickly logged off the computer. You first gave your goodbyes to Niall. He looked to be very happy that you had agreed to be coming. He told you that he loved you. Wait Judith, are you guys dating? No not that I know of. I mean he has told me that he has loved me and that he missed me. But do you really think that he would want to leave his girlfriend behind and go on a world tour. I don’t think he would do that to any girl not even me. I mean we are friends and we care about each other but there is nothing going on. So I don’t know.

You went out into the kitchen and helped Rachel. Bridgette was out at work and you and Rachel were left to clean the house. You and her scrubbed the floors and counter tops. It was only eleven o’clock at night. You really didn’t want to waste your time doing this. You rather be in bed. Plus you still had to take a shower. You had to start packing even though the trip was about two and half weeks away. But you were really excited. You wanted this more than anything. You couldn’t wait to go and see your friends again. You have missed them so much. You really wanted to hang out with all of them again. You missed them so much that once you saw them you were going to hug each one individually. It was going to be a good vacation. It was going to be worth it. Well, that’s if Niall keeps his promise. Then again when has a guy ever betrayed you? Several times.
