Izallouis’ view:
“So I do it like this??” Justin asked.
“Yeah, just like that.” I encouraged. Justin was still out of a teacher and today he called for a one on one with him and I.
“Sweet.” He smiled at his progress.
“Have you talked to Lu lately??” I asked him concerned.
“Yeah, actually I have. Some stuff has come up and she has missed multiple practices. I have been meaning to ask you to give her one on one to help catch her up without holding back the rest of us.” He stopped dancing and holding his stance to talk normally. I sat on the ground in our studio and looked up at him.
“I would love to but she doesn’t return my calls or texts. I am getting worried.”
“Best way to checkup on someone is by surprise.” He smiled.
“Want to head out??” I asked.
“Sure.” He extended his hand to me and I took it being pulled up to a jump.
“We better hurry it's getting late.” I said looking at the clock on the wall. Justin number two thought it would be necessary to have one clock in every room. It was nice but annoying hearing a tick tock everywhere you were.
“We danced all this time??” He asked nervous.
“Yeah, it's a time killer.” I laughed.
“Selena is going to murder me.” He said grabbing his phone out as we walked down the stairs.
“I'm sure she will understand the time and preparation you put into your tours.” I nudged him.
“Yeah.” He mumbled texting. I assumed it was to her and just dropped the conversation. We got in his car and he drove off still texting.
“Justin at least watch the road.” I was unnerved.
“Yeah, sorry.” He set his phone down and flipped on the radio. “Oh, I love this song.” He turned it up and started to sing with quick glances at me. “Would he say he’s in L-O-V-E, baby if it was me, I would! Would he hold you when you’re feeling low, baby you should know I would!” He was trying not to laugh and I was burning red because not only was he serenading me but he was doing well. It's one thing for someone to sing a love song to you; it's another if they do it well.
“Stop it.” I giggled and covered my face. Justin wasn’t ok with that and grabbed my one hand to remove it. He held onto it so I couldn’t use it. Before I knew it he was holding both my hands and driving with his knee. “Justin this isn’t safe.” I whined as we struggled.
“Say ‘Justin I love you’.” He negotiated.
“Justin I love you, now both hands on the wheel” I laughed. He dropped my hands and turned down the radio after singing the last few lines.
“I would, I would, I would!” He sang badly on purpose.
“You are insane. We could have died.” I said looking around outside. It was dark and Lu lived kind of far out from the city.
“At least I would have died with you.” He smiled and squeezed my thigh.
“I'm flattered but I don’t want to die.” I chuckled. After a bit he pulled into a driveway for a small mansion or big house. It was a great deal smaller than Justin’s house but similarly bigger than my house back home.
“Here.” He parked. He got out and I did the Jerichae. I was never a fan of anyone opening my door for me. Actually the first guy I ever let do that was Harry. Harry was my first date too. Harry has been a lot of my firsts except for two. My first kiss which was Justin Bieber and my first in bed, and I'm not giving that one up just yet. Justin openly walked in and we both looked around without walking far. “Lu!” He yelled.
“What if she's not here??” I asked. Just as I finished Lu came around the corner and we both just stared.
“Whoa.” Justin whispered.
“It's not as bad as you think.” She started the string of excuses or explaining.
“Why didn’t you tell us??” Justin sounded hurt and surprised.
“Let’s sit.” She said motioning us to the living room. We sat down, Lu and I, and Justin paced back and forth.
“Lu what are you going to do?? What am I going to do?? I need my star dancer.” He was worked up and there wasn’t much word she could get in to calm him down.
“I figured Sasha could be my fill in.”
“Sasha doesn’t know the couple dance.”
“Iz can teach her.” She willingly threw me into this.
“As much as I want to I don’t have the time. I'm still giving Justin one on one and with the competition I'm in I have to work overtime on a skill I can't even do.” I reasoned.
“You made it??” Justin looked at me.
“Yeah, but right now it's not important.” I looked at Lu’s stomach and just smirked to myself. “Is it Jake’s??” I asked her.
“Yeah. He is excited but I have been stressed. I should be going into labour around the time the tour goes to Europe.” She looked at Justin.
“No. I won't have you dancing whilst you're pregnant. It can't be healthy.” Justin argued.
“Exercise is good for mine and the baby’s health.” She smiled and held her stomach like any mother would.
“Lu, it's going to be countless hours of work. We are going to do a show and then rehearse for the next. You will be sleep deprived. I refuse to let you dance until it's born.” He paused. “Are you keeping it??” He asked a little calmer just still up in the clouds.
“Yes. Jake said he would support every decision I make. We are going to be a family and I'm not going to let that influence my career.” She said standing up.
“Well, after a month of the baby being born you can dance again. I'm not having a pregnant dancer.” Justin hugged her. They hugged for what seemed to be a long time to me. To them it was probably just a few seconds hug.
“So is this settled??” I spoke for the first time really.
“Yes.” Lu smiled at me.
“So on to other news, you made it??” Justin ran up to me and picked me up with ease.
“Yes.” I giggled.
“Who’s team??” Lu smiled. I guess everyone has heard the news about this show. That just means a lot of people are going to watch and be fans.
“Niall Horan is my coach.” I looked at Justin with a look.
“Really?? That’s coincidental.” Justin punched my arm.
“What do you mean??” I asked playing stupid but I knew he knew I knew they are friends.
“Oh nothing. Just a little bird told me he has it out for an amazing dancer.” If it was anyone else I wouldn’t have caught onto that but with Justin I knew who he was talking about immediately.
“What?? No.” I punched him.
“Hey, it could just be paps.” Justin shrugged it off. I felt myself blushing. It wouldn’t bother me one bit, if he wasn’t my coach. It's just wrong for him to like me like that since he is my coach and five years older than me. I'm turning 16 soon so it will only be four years which isn’t that bad but he's still my singing coach.
“Aside from that.” I changed subjects.
“Harry…” Lu wiggled her eyebrows at me.
“We might as well just talk about Niall then.” I shot at her.
“Look, it's up to you but Harry would be my first choice.” Lu winked then was prepared to drop the subject.
“I need to find your replacement.” Justin looked at Lu.
“Hold auditions.” She said still sad she couldn’t dance. A dancer not being able to dance is a fish that can't swim.
“They would still have to learn the routine in a short amount of time.” Justin rubbed his face.
“I can do it.” I squeaked out.
“Iz you have so much going on already. Besides that the tour overlaps the competition.” He was agitated.
“I can make it work.” I smiled at him for a calming effect. “I will make it work.” I smiled again for reassurance to myself.
“I love you.” Justin picked me up and hugged me again as Lu cheered.
