“… Who do you pick to be your new mentor??” The host asked me. I felt the pressure. Harry had on his cheeky smile and I know him. He can sing very well and I like his musical choices. Niall, to my knowledge, is a drunk that kidnapped me. But I can't judge him on that for something like this, or for anything really.
“I need to know which one of you will help me to sing better.” I said into my mic confidently.
“I will.” Harry winked. He was always such a smartarse. He always had a joke to say, like Louis.
“Well I can honestly say your singing is average. There is always room for improvement and I'm willing to make this a forty-sixty team work.” Niall said. He sounded sincere about what he was preaching as where Harry just sounded like he wanted to make this a fun competition and not focus on singing. Harry and I are best friends and I don’t know Niall at all. These odds were just too far apart for me to pick someone I don’t know, and doesn’t know me. I know who I needed to pick.
“Harry we are great friends and I'm glad to find out you are a judge on this show. It was quite pleasing to know I would know someone.” I smiled into the microphone. I felt my heart beat shatter when the lights shifted to a different scheme.
“Izallouis who do you choose to be your mentor??” The host asked me. He stepped back to give me the floor.
“I choose…”
