Lily's luck with boys is non-existent. She has basically given up hope and has decided to focus on her career instead, even if she feels like something is missing. She has her family and friends spread between her two places of residence so what more could she need. Her special someone. Can Lily find where she belongs? The person who will love her and protect her from her darkest demons? Or will she be pushed away from men forever? And will that one special boy be the least expected person, someone she has known forever but doesn't really know? Well, Lily is sure as hell about to find out.

Ashton Irwin
Out of everyone, Lily is most able to confide in Ashton. Being Lauren's sister they are pretty close and know everything about each other. He tends to stay to himself more of the time but he knows when to have a good time.
Calum Hood
Out of all the boys, he tends to be closest to Lily, or Billy as he and the boys call her. He is very overprotective of her and knows almost everything about her. Want the best for all his friends and is always there for anyone who needs to vent. Is Lily the best thing to ever come into his life?
Chantelle Williams
Ashton's new love interest. Lily and her have known each other for a bit but as more and more problems begin to unfold, Lily finds that she has a real friend in Chantelle.
Lauren Irwin
Lauren and Lily have been friends for the longest time, they have many memories together and have barely spent time apart over the years. When Lily goes away with her brother for months how are they going to cope? Lauren is always a positive girl and is the polar opposite to Lily but that is probably the reason that get along so well.
Lily Underwood
Main character. Talented singer who has had her fair share of fame in her seventeen years of life. She is loved by almost everyone she meets but isn't all that happy within herself, even though she would never tell anyone that. She is smart and can read people well but she is good-hearted and hates hurting peoples feelings so she doesn't always speak her mind. Best friends with Lauren Irwin and the boys of 5SOS, well most of them...
Luke Hemmings
Luke tends to be a confident guy, but when it comes to Lily, he can be quite distant. Observing her from a distance is his safest option and gives him a chance to admire her beauty. He will do anything for the band but that doesn't always happen to be a good thing.
Michael Clifford
Michael is the kind of guy who likes to avoid drama at all costs, he is the clown of the group when he is around but he spends more of his time with his girlfriend than the boys. Danielle isn't a very good influence on him either so the boys can only hope they can win him back.
