She's hurt, broken and depressed on the inside, but on the outside she looks like nothing and no one can hurt her. Samantha works two jobs to pay for her mother and brother one of them being a hostess girl (basically sitting with guys and entertaining them and drinking and everything if you didnt know), and another is just being a waitress.
