" Jordynn's P.O.V *

I sat on the bench waiting to be called up for auditions. So many things could go wrong.

I'm gonna throw up on the judges.

I'm gonna faint.

I'm going to forget the lyrics.

They're right I'm worthless.

I should just go home.

I'm never going to get in.

These thoughts found they're way into my thoughts making me worry even more. They called on a girl and I decided to just listen to her. She's great. I'll never be like her. Just as I was going to leave my name was called.

" Shit." I mumbled under my breath. I walked on the stage with the judges and took my place.

" H-hi, my name is, Jordynn Petis and I'll be singing Girl On Fire by Alicia Keys. " I said looking at the ground pursing my lips.

" Okay Jordynn, we'll start the music and we will judge your singing. " Said Simon. The music started and apparently my thoughts came also. I ignored it and took a breath.

I sang with my head still down. The thoughts still flying in my mind. I thought that I was'nt going to get in like this so I made eye contact and sang louder.

The rest of them started clapping and agreeing while I was standing there smiling like a fool.

" We'll give you a call. But you're definitely in. No doubt." Kelly said.

" Wow, just wow! " Said Cheryl

" YES!! "Said Louis.

" Thank you! You have no idea how much this means to me." I said smiling so much it was hurting like hell. I left and went home. When I got there I texted my best friend, Emily.


JORDYYN: OMG,OMG,OMG!!!!! YOU"LL NEVER, EVER GUESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EMILY: omg. who gave you sugar. What happend?

JORDYYN: I AUDITIONED FOR X-FACTER AND THEY LOVED ME!!!!!! I'M WAITING FOR THE CALL AND THEY SAID THEY'LL DEFINITELY CALL!!!!!!!!!!!

EMILY: OMGOMGOMG OH MA FACKING GAWD!! YOURE LYING RIGHT??

JORDYYN: NOPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I set my phone down and started dancing. By the time I was gone i was soaked in sweat. I was a happy sweat bag right now.
