I came back from the restrooms optimistic for Rachel.I know that she has never been this serious about anyone before and I know that scares her.She just has to understand that Louis will never hurt her like any of her past boyfriends have.I just hope she figures that out and doesn’t push poor Lou away.

“Where have you been?”Niall asked me once I got back to the group.

“I was working some things out.”I said pointing to Rachel who was pulling Louis away from the group to talk.

“Oh… they will figure it out Louis is mad for the bird.” Niall said in a matter of fact tone.

“I know Rachel is just being Rachel and need a push in the right direction.”I said hugging his waist and ordered a Mountain Dew from the bar.

“Easy there killer I want you to remember this night.Drink too much of that and you are going to crash after your sugar.”He joked taking a swig of his beer.

“I could say the same to you babe.” I said in the same joking tone.

“Don’t worry this is my last one promise.” He kissed my temple.

I was just engaging in some cute witty banter with Niall when all of a sudden I saw Abby give Liam a kiss on the lips.They are just kidding themselves because we all know they like each other and just don’t want to admit to the world yet.

“Did you see that?”I asked pointing over to Liam and Abby,

“Ya.They think they are hiding whatever they are doing from everyone but everyone in the group knows that they are falling for each other.” He said with a chuckle and I couldn’t help but smile.He’s right.I will have to get to the bottom of this.

Abby spotted me and I just gave her the biggest smirk that said ‘I know what you did and you have some serious explaining to do.

She waved at me to come over.Niall sighed and said he would meet me back at the table for my parent’s speeches.I gave him a quick kiss on the lips and headed over to Abby.

“You know you guys are not fooling anyone.”I commented with an I told you so smile.

“Wow thanks for the best friend confidence boost.”She retorted back with a pouty face.
I just raised my hands as a white flag.

“Just sayin’.So what’s up?” I said trying to get to the point of her waving me over here.

“So can’t just talk to my best friend?”She asks.

“You asked me to come over here and it looks like you needed to say something.” I pointed out.

“Okay, Okay.”She said giving up on her previous claim.

“Well I’m listening.”I assured her.

“There’sbeenaporblemwiththesetTulisacalledI’mleavingtomrrowmorningearly.”She said so fast I almost didn’t hear her.But I did.

She had to leave.We were supposed to have one more day together.But this is her career and she has made it so far and I don’t want to keep her form that.I have to be okay with that.

“Abby. This has always been our dream but look at you.You made it for the both of us and I couldn’t be more proud of you.I understand that you have to go.I don’t like it but I understand.”I said taking her hands in mine before hugging her.

“Thank you.”She said with a sigh of relief.

“I’m not letting you get off that easy though.”I said with a smirk on my face while I stood up.

“What?”She exclaimed standing up really fast and got all nervous and flushed having no clue what I was going to make her do.

I pointed at Liam before I spoke.

“You better give that boy the kiss he deserves before the night is over! God knows he deserves it.”I say crossing my arms.

“It’s a secret Danie!I’m not going come out just because you know!”She stammered out.

“This is a room full of your friends and my family and we hired security for a reason.To keep the Paps away.There’s nothing to hide here.No one is going to tell.”I said making sure she understood that this was a safe zone.

“Fine.”She muttered and we walked back to our tables.

I sat down next to Niall and placed my hand on top of his.

“What took you so long and why is Abby looking at you all pissed off?”He asked and I just laughed.

“You will have to wait and see.”I said giving him a wink.

He tried to get me to spill but I didn’t I wanted to see everyone’s faces when this shit goes down.

“Ah Hem.”My dad cleared his voice at the mic.

Everyone turned and paid attention and were listening attentively.

“Well I guess it’s time for the final speech and I guess I will let your mom speak first or she will steal the mic from me mid speech.”Everyone laughed a little before he gave the mic to my mother.

“I don’t even know where to begin.I wrote it all down but I’m just going to speak from my heart so here goes nothing.”She stopped and paused before continuing.

“Danielle, My baby girl.When you were born you were so bright eyed and curious about everything.That was the first thing that told you and your sister Rachel apart.You were this precious little thing that just explored everything and were always getting into trouble.We couldn’t leave you alone or you would getting in trouble again.As you started to grow up we thought finally she has become a little more reserved like Rach but no.We would get a call hearing you got yourself into another one of your famous ‘predicaments’.Thank god for Harry always keeping a close eye growing up because you would have drove us to insanity.I saw that when Harry left it changed you.You were always more attached to him than your sister was.Once he left you became less hectic and lost that look of curiosity you always had.”

My mum paused for her own sake before continuing.

“As you entered the dating age I swear your dad flipped with the boys you brought home.They weren’t our first choices for you but you were happy so we let it slide but whenever Harry was home he would scare them away and we were so glad because you deserved so much better.So everyone please take a moment to raise a glass to Harry for doing what we couldn’t.”

Everyone laughed and were giving Harold pats on the back.

“Anyways. Then all of a sudden there were no boys besides Harry and his mates.They were never around often but when they were here you and Rachel would spend all your time with them or as much time they would let you spend with them.Then that’s when we realized that you finally had those bright curious eyes again.I just thought it was because Harry was home more often but no it was because of the man sitting next to you.And it only clicked recently that he was the reason you got that back and for that we can’t thank you enough Niall.”

She paused again.

“When we sent you on Vacation with Harry I thought it would be good for both of you to get out of the house and see some of the world.Have new experiences and enjoy life.I never thought that anything would happen.Harry was always so strict and we trusted him to take care of you and Rach.There was only one problem.Your stubbornness.If you wanted something you would find some way of getting it and that was that.Who would we be if we stood in the way of you and love?”

She was getting a little emotional and I could see it.

“You are my baby and things happened and plans changed for you and Niall rapidly.I know Niall could have left when he found out you were pregnant but he didn’t and I know this wedding wasn’t supposed to happen so soon but we all know deep down that it was going to happen baby or no baby.Your Father and I are so proud of the women you have turned into and we are so excited to see what your future holds for you and Niall.We love you both so very much.”She concluded crying.

“Mum.”I said walking up to her giving her a huge hug.I didn’t want to cry but here I was crying with my mother.Good thing I opted for the waterproof everything.

“I guess it’s my turn.”My father piped up.

He took the mic from my mum and took my hand in his.

“My precious baby girl.You and your sister are the light of my life and I love you both so much.Although you were troublesome you were just like me.Competitive in everything.I got you into as many sports as I could.Football (soccer), Basketball, Tennis, Running, and so many others.I thought when we had Harry that he was going to be the son that played sports but he decided he wanted to entertain people. I mean sure he was ok at Football (soccer) but he wasn't like you.What a pansy.”

“Hey!”Harry yelled from his seat pretending to be offended.

“I’m just joking son.”My father said.

“So we had Harry set on entertaining people and Rachel was like her mother.She was a little diva and loved princesses and all that great stuff and then there was you.I finally had someone to watch sports with and help coach you through school.”

Taking a breath he continued.

“I knew that you were going to be a stubborn child and we clashed and didn’t really agree when you hit your teens.Then all of a sudden Harry started coming back more often and you no longer pushed us away and we though ‘thank the lord that we are finally a family again’ but when I had to watch you grow up under the spot light so we sheltered you girls more.That’s why we let you go in vacation with Harry.We just wanted you girls to live life and not hide from it.We should have seen this coming though.”He said gesturing between Niall and me.

“I know that I wasn’t supportive of this at the beginning and despised Niall for doing this to you but I see the way you look at him.You look at him with eyes full of love and I am sorry to you, Niall for that.I just didn’t want this for but now that I look at her she is all grown up and I can’t make that decision for her and I just want to support you both.”He said tearing up.

I know it was hard for him to apologize but I’m grateful that he did.

“I look back at when the boys were over I now see you couldn’t take your eyes off him.It was always Niall from the beginning.And as I watched the two of you tonight I couldn’t think of any better man to have my daughter’s heart.He looks at you like you are the only girl in the room and even when you aren’t together he always looks at you.I know that the way he looks at you, you can do no wrong and I think that’s all a Father can ask for.I am so happy for you and I just want everyone to raise their glasses to my beautiful daughter Danielle and her Husband Niall.May your love be eternal.” He finished and I was just a crying mess.

Niall came up and joined us shaking my father’s hand and hugging my mum.I was so happy that everyone was getting along and that everyone was happy.This is all I wanted and then some.

“Well I would like to close out the speeches.”Niall said out of the blue.

“Okay?” I questioned because I didn’t think he prepared a speech.

“I will try to make it short so we can get back to partying.”All the boys hooted and hollered.

“This wasn’t planned in the slightest.This speech, the wedding, our two amazing babies, none of it and I wouldn’t take it back for the world.Do I wish things were done differently?Yes. I wanted to take you out on dates and take our time and let our relationship grow but we wanted to do the right thing but I wouldn't change it for the world.So here we are in a large ballroom decorated to perfection with all the people we love and I couldn’t be happier.I knew when I met you that there was just something about you that made me so intrigued.You were and still stubborn, competitive, outspoken, outgoing, kind, brave, and most of all so troublesome but I love you for all those things.When Harry said that his sisters were off limits I was upset because I wanted you but I respected him.Then you had to come in and break me out of my own mind and told me to at least try.If it weren’t for that we wouldn’t be here so thank you so much for pushing me because it was exactly what I needed.I’m just glad I’m not the only one who broke that rule.Louis.”He said pointing at a shrugging Louis and a blushing Rachel.


“Danielle Morgan Horan.I love you more than I did yesterday and will love you more tomorrow than I love you today.You are far from perfect bit you are and always will be the perfect girl for me.”He finished and I was grinning ear to ear.He was mine and I was his and I couldn’t be happier than I was in this moment.

Everyone cat called as we shared a passionate kiss.

“I love you Niall James Horan.I whispered into his ear.

“I love you more.”He said as the music came back on.

I looked him right in the eye and held his gaze for a second.

“Not possible.”I said before pecking him on the lips.

How was that chapter? I made it longer (Like 5 pages not double spaced in word long)

I want to take this time to personally apologize to all of you for not updating. We use to update 3 to 4 times a day and now its been months. I know it's no excuse but our house has been under some huge renovations because my dad may have a new job offer so we have to have the house ready if he does get the job so we can move. He has been working on the electrical work in the house and had to unplug the wifi so I havent has access accept for in class and I dont have time to write in class because its Statistics.

Well enough ranting and apologizing! What did you think of the chapter? I know there was nothing hot and steamy but good things come to those who wait :)
