High School Romance

Tabby P.O.V.

September 11th

2:34 P.M.

"Where. Is. My. Car.? I whispered to myself, looking all over the parking lot. The parking lot was packed and I couldn't find my car. There were 2 parking lots and to make it harder, the front and the back look so much alike. I'm looking in the parking lot in the front of the school and I can't find my car. It's probably in the back.

'Well instead of looking in the front for the past fucking 10 minutes, maybe you should get your ass into the back.' My conscience told me, which is very mean to me.

I walked into the back and there it was. The only car left. 'See, you idiot!' Well, not the only car left. There was 1980's Ford in the back.

I walked toward my car while looking in my bag for my keys. When I found them, I pressed the unlock button and the lights lit up. I opened the driver's seat and hopped in. Just when I was about to back out of the spot, I heard banging at the rear.

"Ugh." I groaned. I put the car to rest and got out. "What do you th-." I paused. It was Niall.

My neck turned hot and I immediately felt embarrassed. "I'm sorry, I thought you were some kids." I said. I bit my lip. I always do that when I get embarrassed.

"It's ok." He said looking at my license plate. "I would have done the same."

I stood there. Staring at him. He was so gorgeous, even when embarrassed. 'Say something!' "Umm......" 'Really? Um!'

"Oh sorry, I just wanted to see if you could give me a ride." He asked with cute dog eyes. I couldn't resist them.

"Uh.....sure. Ok." He looked relieved.

"Thanks. " We both went separate ways and I got back in. He also got in and while I was starting the car, I could feel him staring at me. I backed out of the space and began driving.

"Thanks again. "Niall said, interrupting the silence. "Make a left here and then turn right." He continued. I did as he said and turned left.

~2 Minutes Later~

"This house right here." Niall blurted out. He pointed to a huge house and I parked into the driveway. The house is gorgeous.

"Wow." I whispered. The house was so big and pretty.

"You like it, don't you? "He said wiggling his eyebrows. Only some people get to see that. I started cackling. Uh....shit! 'Did you seriously just cackle?'

"Would you like to come in?" He asked. I really, really wanted to.

"Sorry. Can't. My mom wants me home before she is." I said. He actually looked sad.

"Ok. Bye Tabby." He said. Oh my god! He knows my name? He knows my name!!

"Bye." I said smiling like the Cheshire cat. I backed out and waved goodbye. He waved as well and my heart felt all fluttery. I began driving and driving.

I pulled into my driveway and took the keys out of my car. I walked up to my tiny house and opened the door. You have to give it a nudge to open it fully.

My dog, Ragnar, starts barking at me. Ragnar is a baby blood hound. He is completely harmless unless you mess with him. He has long, droopy ears that can almost touch the ground. Sometimes we call him 'Dumbo' when he acts really silly.

"Hi boy." I said dropping my bag and getting down on my knees to pet him. He sticks his head up to for me scratch his neck and I do. I get back up and get my bag as well.

I head up to my room and Ragnar follows me up the stairs. We race to the bed and he jumps on it, beating me. I don't have any homework, so I turn on my TV.

I hear the front door open and close. "I'm home!" My mom yells. Ragnar gets up and goes downstairs.
