I found her .

"Janette stop and come back right fucking now ! Let the police handle it !" Niall yelled at me through the phone while I raced down to Bradford . "Where does he go when he wants to be alone" is the only thing replaying in my mind from what Sarah said .

"No I can't just sit here and wait Niall ! I have to find him ! I know where he is !" I yelled as I hung up and continued thinking . I didn't exactly know where he was or if he was even going to be there but I took a huge guess and just went with it . I remember it like if it was yesterday , when we went on our "date" and he took me to that very remote location .

It had to be there , he even said it himself that he goes there when he wants to be alone . Why was he with Sarah in this location ? Only God knows .

I quickly speed up as it was late and the sun was down only bringing darkness which would make this scavenger hunt way more difficult . The road looked dark and frightening . If it wasn't for Harry , never in a million years would I be here .



Redwoods was the exit and with normal driving it would usually take someone an hour to get here , considering the circumstances , it only took me 10 minutes . I know I shouldn't want to be thinking about it but this location was perfect for a murder . It's hidden , lonely , there isn't a city for another 8 or 10 miles . With the sun down it becomes very cold and damp because of the rain.

I put my hoodie on from the trunk and continue walking . I grab my phone and turn the flash light on , but where the hell am I going to start ? This damn place is huge and I 'm afraid if she really hurt Harry he'll slowly die and if not , the cold will get to him before anything else will .

"Harry !!"

"Harry can you hear me ?!"

"Harry !!"

"Harry make any noise if you can hear me !!" I said having my flash light guide me .



Just the thought of Harry dying scares me , it even brings me to tears which is where I was at . I was crying while running around like a fucking idiot yelling Harry's name and getting no response . Running and with the rain starting up again I felt the brisk cold air hit my face followed by heavy winds .The rain brought out the smell of the pavement and the leaves got stuck to my body as the wind made them crash onto me . And still no Harry .

"Harry please !!! " I cried out as I tripped , my knees hitting the pavement and I just stayed there. I stayed with my knees on the floor crying with all hope gone , Harry was gone and this was all my fault , I was the one who told him to go do my piece of shit research . I told him to come to my house in the morning to see Sarah . He was dead and it was my fault . How could I let my friend die . He trusted me with his life and I trusted him with mine but unfortunately , I let him down . But even then , I wasn't going to give up because I know damn well he would never leave me until I was down in the damn grave .

"Harry !" I yelled running again . It felt like I had been running for hours when it had only been 20 minutes . I was tried and hurting from the delivery still . I couldn't take anymore running , I felt light headed , nauseous , and tired . As I kept running I slowed down and herd a river . I immediately started running again towards the river . I fell in the process tripping over a tree branch and cutting my knee open . I jumped up and brushed off the leaves stuck to my knee and the blood and continued sprinting towards the river .

"Harry !!" I yelled as I ended at the hill showing me the river . I ran down that hill as fast as I could and was at the edge of the water . I didn't see Harry nor did I hear him . "Harry !" I yelled again . Right when I yelled I saw birds flying from the left side up into the sky . I decided to take that course and sprint down the river .



"Harry !!!! " I yelled again hoping this time I'd get a reply even though I knew my chances were 1 out of 100 . "Harry !!" I yelled and kept running until I couldn't run any more . I stopped and bent over , hands on my knees trying to catch my breath . I looked at my knee and saw that I had chunks of skin opened with the blood every where .



I ran to the river and cupped my hands under the water and threw it on my opened wound . As I continued throwing water on it I herd movement from across the river . I picked up my phone and tried flashing my flash light to the other side but it didn't reach .



"Harry ...?" I said only loud to where I could hear myself but someone else herd me . I herd gasping from the opposite side and immediately I threw myself in the ice cold water trying to make my way across with out getting my phone wet . I swam as quickly as I could with one arm above the water so i wouldn't get my phone wet which made it more difficult because I was going side ways of the current to which the river was going .

As I came closer and closer I saw feet , then arms , then back , then black tight jeans , and I saw I ship tattooed on the bicep of the person with his arms tided behind his back . He was laying face away from the river with only his pants on . He looked so … dead which scared me . It brought me to tears .

"Harry !!" I yelled as I finally reached him and realized he was gasping for air with a plastic bag over his head tied at his neck and blood running down and all over his butterfly tattoo . I got out of the water not even remembering I was cold and fumbled with ripping the bag at the mouth trying to make a whole from him to get air .

I finally cut a hole right where the mouth was but he didn't respond to it . I untied the knot that was behind his neck and noticed it was tied so tight that he got bruised from it all the way around . He wasn't responding . He wasn't moving . I'm not sure if he was even breathing . I checked and got low to his mouth and put my ear on it and herd faint breathing .

"Ok Harry don't be stupid and lazy help me out here ." I told him flipping him on his back and putting my palms against his chest and pushing down hard . I connected my lips against his and pushed air into his mouth . His cheeks grew wide with my air and again I continued the process. I continued this for three sets and finally his eyes opened and he coughed over and over again .

"Hey , hey , I found you kid , I found you .." I said crying holding his head against my chest and hugging him tightly . I took off my hoodie and put it over his head because he was shirtless . Which really I feel was a worse idea because the hoodie was soaking wet .

He could barely breath and he started shaking , he looked pale and was colder than the water .

"How did you find me ?" he said looking up at me and barley being alive .

"I don't know Harry . I honestly don't know ." I replied to him and meaning every word . I don't know how I found him or how I even herd him gasping for air but I'm lucky I did .

"Janette you need to leave .." he said quietly .

"What ? Why ?"

"It's freezing and you're wet . You need to leave before both of us die from the cold ." he said removing himself from my chest .

"No I'm not leaving !" I yelled hanging onto him tighter .

"Janette listen to me , you have to ." he told me looking straight into my eyes and pushing me away . "If you don't leave I'll make you ! Get the fuck out of here you fucking useless person !" he yelled obviously trying to make me get mad but failing miserably at it . How dumb does he think I am ? But that's ok because I know how to make him change his mind .

"Harry I can't leave you . I love you , and I don't just mean as my best friend . I mean I'm IN love with you ." I said crashing my lips onto his as he held my face and continued his kiss . I know it probably wasn't the best way to have him let me stay but to be honest with you , I don't think I was lying , not completely at least .
