--Forever Young--

I missed first period.. I spent the whole hour fixing my makeup only to ruin it again by crying. By second period i finally got control of the crying.. However it was pretty embarrassing when i was so deep in my thoughts i couldnt even hear Mrs.Sorenson calling my name.
As i snapped out of my thoughts i noticed everyone was staring at me.. not again.
The bell rang and i was saved.. only to be reminded in my next class i sat right next to Jason. I rushed through the halls so i could ask someone to switch me seats. As i rounded the final corner my awkward body collided with a warm, strong figure. I looked up..
FUCK
It was Harry. He grabbed me tight around my shoulders to steady me.. that only made me dizzier. He scent was captivating..
"Where are you hurrying off to?" he said in his smooth voice
"I..um..I.. bye" I ran off.. like an idiot.
Of course by the time i got to class Jason was in his normal seat and the only one open was the one right next to him..
However when he saw me it wasn't the reaction i was expecting. The way he stared at the doorway was like he was waiting for me..
He motioned for me to come over. I took my seat next to him.. and waited for his explanation.
"Elena, beautiful girl, I am so sorry for the way I treated you this morning. I didnt know what Alex had done. I just found out."
"Why were you so cold to me today then?"
"Alex had told me you did something unforgivable.. but she was lying. It was the other way around. Pretty girl.. please forgive me?"
Pretty girl? wtf.. he never acts this way towards me. Somethings up.
"Um yeah sure." i replied being very suspicious
Our conversation was interrupted when Ms. Lewis came in. She babbled on and on and i couldnt help but notice Jason kept looking over at me. I was just hoping this wasn't all an act and we we're actually friends again. I couldn't lose everyone.. especially not Jason. Me and him have been friends since pre-school. I couldn't imagine my life without him.
For the rest of the day Jason was especially nice.. and there was no sign of Alex anywhere.. she wasnt even in class for last period. I thought about texting her but immediately dismissed the idea.
At the end of the day, Jason was waiting by my locker.
"Elena! hey!"
"Oh Jason hi.. what are you doing here?"
"I wanted to talk to you"
"Oh about what?"
"Alex wants you to know that shes really sorry for everything and she wants to talk."
At this point anything he said was bullshit to me. He was on her side and all his kissing up today was just an act. I walked away and didnt look back.
When i got to Louis car he was waiting for me.. i got in without saying a word and we went home.

I was laying in bed and i got a text from Alex...
~Hey can we talk for a minute E?~
~What?~
~Im sorry.. I didnt realize how much it would hurt you.. Please give me a second chance. I need my best friend back..~
Even though i was so angry earlier.. i couldnt help but wanna forgive her. I missed my best friend too..
~ It really hurt what you did Alex.. but i miss you too.. promise me it wont happen again?~
~I promise!! Never Ever again. I'll see you tomorrow.. Love you xoxo Alex~
~I love you too xo~
I finally felt at peace.. I had her back and she wasn't gonna hurt me again.
And finally I could get a good nights sleep.
