A Love Story

Harry's POV.

I was so nervous walking into the restaurant with Katie I thought I would faint. I have never been so nervous with a girl before! But Katie makes me feel like butterflies are erupting in my
stomach, like the world is blowing up and she is the only thing that matters.

"Harry you ok man? "Louis asked while patting me on the back.

"Not really. I'm so nervous, I don't want to screw this up!"

"Your fine! Just calm down, and when the waiter seats us ask for some water and relax."

"Ok. Thanks for having my back Lou."

"No problem. I'll always be here for you."

Layla's POV.

"So how did Niall end up meeting you here?" I asked Adrianne curiously.

"Well when I was getting ready he called me with his adorable accent. He said 'Hey babe its Niall'. Layla I almost DIED!"

"Aw! Sweetie! You really like this guy huh?"

"Yea, a lot! But it really doesn't matter, a guy like him would never even take a second glace at me."

"That's not true! You are beautiful, funny, sweet, and super fun to be around! No get up we are doing some karaoke!"

"Haha ok, and thank you! By the way, where are your parents?"

"They renewed there vows so they went on there second honeymoon to Hawaii."

"Oh my god. Layla you have to throw a party!"

"No. I'm not doing that! If you want to have a party we can do it someplace else, just not
here."

"Oh come on! Why not?"

"Because! If we have a party there's going to be alcohol and I don't want anything to go wrong or my parents wont trust me to stay home by myself! By the way the karaoke is ready so come on."

"Fine, my parents are to a business trip to Florida next month. We'll just have it then!"

"Haha ok count me in!"

Candi's POV.

"Ok so we are going to steak out here until they come out your going to go to Katie and pretend that she left something. So when she goes back I'll come and talk to Harry. I'll pretend to fall and have him catch me, and thats when I kiss him!"

"Whatever Candi. Lets just get this over with."

Katie's POV.

Wow. This date is going amazing! Harry is such a gentlemen, I really like him. I hope that our relationship will last forever, he makes me feel like life is worth living, no matter what happens if I have him I'll be fine. Just two days ago this boy was my best friend, and now I
cant resist the temptation to just kiss him.

"This was great. I'm having the time of my life!" I say while leaving the restaurant.
Just then Harry grabs my wrist and pulls me aside.

"Katie. I know this is our first date but I want you to know that I really like you and praying to god that there will be many more dates like this. You are my everything and I was so happy when you told me you liked me back at lunch. You make me feel like I want to wake up every morning everyday and be the reason you smile."
We were almost outside at his point and was absolutely speechless.

" Wow. Harry I'm so happy you like me that much. To be honest I---" I was cut off by a young man telling me I had forgot some thing.

"I'll meet you outside." I said to Harry and walked toward the blonde boy.

Harry's POV.

I waited outside for Katie to come out when Candi came to greet me.

"Harry! What are you doing here?"

"Hey Candi! I was just----" I was cut off when she tripped on her heel.
I was practically carrying her when she leaned in and kissed me. At first I went kind of blank but then I kissed her back. I don't know what the hell made me do that, but I did.

Katie's POV.

"Is this your phone? The boy asked.

"Oh know it's not. You should take it to the lost and found. Thank you for caring though!"

"Yes. I will do that!"
I walked out the front doors of the restaurant and couldn't believe what I was seeing. Harry kissing a girl. He was almost carrying her, and full on kissing. I fell to my knees crying covering my mouth trying to quite down the sounds oh my sobs.

"H-Harry?" I choked.
He instantly shot up and apologized.

"Katie...Oh.My.God. I'm so sorry! This is not what is looks like I promise! Its just a misunderstanding!"
I got up shaking. It had started to rain outside, I was cold, but nothing can beat the pain I felt in my heart.

"Don't talk to me Harry. I cant believe you did that! What happened to all the stuff you said inside?! I really like you Harry! You asswhole!" I managed to say in between sobs.

"Katie just let me explain!" Harry yelled following me. I was walking home, in the cold rain. I was freezing but didnt care, I couldn't ride in a car with him. Not now.

"Katie it's cold out and you don't have a sweater! Please let me drive you home!"

"No Harry! Leave me alone!"

"At least take my jacket. Please Katie just take it."
I took his jacket willingly since I was so freezing. He put it on me and just stood there in the rain and watched me walk away crying my heart out.

Harry's POV.

"H-Harry" I heard Katie say.
My heart stopped. I knew I had screwed up big time. What am I going to do? What am I going to say?

"Katie...Oh.My.God. I'm so sorry! This is not what is looks like I promise! Its just a misunderstanding!"
What. Its not what it looks like. What kind of bull is that? I am officially the stupidest man alive.

"Don't talk to me Harry. I cant believe you did that! What happened to all the stuff you said inside?! I really like you Harry! You asswhole!" My heart ached with pain. I didn't mean to kiss her!


"Katie just let me explain!" I pleaded hoping she would but knowing it wouldn't...

"Katie it's cold out and you don't have a sweater! Please let me drive you home!"

"No Harry! Leave me alone!"

"At least take my jacket. Please Katie just take it."
She took it willingly. I placed it over her perfectly shaped shoulders, that I knew I wouldn't be able to hold ever again, and she left. I just stayed in my place watching as she walked away from me and out of my life. I just wanted to curl up into a ball and disappear from this world entirely. I had the one girl that I will ever love. The one girl who made me smile. The one girl who made me want to wake up in the morning.
