Niall's POV.

I watched as Katie fell to her knees crying. I did that, I looked over to see Candi's reaction but she was gone. I guess she actualy felt bad for them and couldn't take it any more. I knew that I couldn't take the horrible feeling inside me from watching Katie and Harry fight. So I got in my car to get away from this mess. The only place I had to go was Candi's house since I was staying there now, but I just couldn't see her now. Not after what she made me do.
I drove around town for about an hour, circling the same streets over and over again until I found myself in front of Layla's driveway. What am I doing here? I had no idea why the hell I had come to Layla's house, but I decided to get down. I checked my car mirror to make sure I looked ok, I didn't. My eyes were puffy, and my nose was pink, from me crying the whole time I was in the car. I wiped my tears away and got out of the car. I honestly didn't care how I looked in front of Layla and Adrianne. they are just so sweet and understanding. I walked up the front steps and was hesitant to ring the doorbell until I heard the girls laugh really hard and loud. It made me smile, ringing the doorbell without even thinking.

Adrianne's POV.

Layla and I were playing truth or dare when I thought of the funniest dare ever.

"Ok, truth or dare?" I asked Layla.

"Umm? Dare!"

"Ok I dare you to take this hat, scarf, and model them in your bra and underwear!"

"Oh my god Adrianne your crazy!"

"Hey a dare is a dare! You have to do it."

"Ahh! Ok fine. Just remember that! A dare is a dare! I'll get you back!"
We busted out laughing as she left to get ready for her modeling session. Just as she had left the doorbell rang. It's almost 11 who could that be? I just thought Layla had ordered pizza and forgot to tell me. I went to open the door and found a puffy eyed, pink nose Niall.

"Oh my god Niall! What happened?" I questioned in concern.

"It's a long story. Can I come in?"

"Yea. Of course!"
Just as he came in I heard another door open and close from down the hall. No! I forgot about the dare! But it was to late. Just as she came out expecting only me to bed there, Niall got a full view.

"Holy Crap! Niall what are you doing here!?" Layla shouted while hiding behind the counter.

"Whoah!" Niall exclaimed while turning his face the other direction.

"Layla I'm so sorry! I'll go get you you're clothes." I laughed.
I went and grabbed her pajamas that were laying on a chair and gave them to her.

"Looks like you guys throw awesome slumber parties! You should invite me next time!" Niall said dying of laughter on the couch.

I felt kind of bad even though I was laughing just as hard as Niall. Once Layla was fully clothed joining us in the living room, she was blushing as red as a tomato out of embarrassment. Just then I realized Niall was almost crying when he got here. I didnt want to upset him again so I just let it go and suggested to watch a funny movie.

"You guys want to watch Anger Management?"

"Yes! That movie is so funny!"Layla squeaked.

"Yea! That sounds nice!" Niall added.

"Great. Let me go set it up!

Niall's POV.

When Adrianne suggested to watch Anger Management, I was relieved. I was actually having fun and didn't want to talk about what had brought me here.

"I'll go make the popcorn." I said to the girls while getting up to the kitchen.

"I'll help!" Layla said while following me to the kitchen.

"So what made you come out without any clothes?"

"It was a dare! And let's just keep this between us three ok?"

"Yea No problem. Haha! Hey do you think I can spend the night?"

"Yea, the couch pulls out into a bed. I'll just get you some pillows and a blanket."

"Thanks! You really saved me."

"From what?"

"I don't want to talk about it now. I'll explain in the morning."

"Ok. Come on the movie is starting! Grab the popcorn!"
I grabbed the popcorn as Layla pushed me to the couch and sat me next to Adrianne.

Layla's POV.
As Niall and I walked to the couch, I pushed him so he has no choice but to sit next to
Adrianne. I knew how much she liked him and was hoping he liked her back.

I dare you to rest your head on Niall's shoulder. :D
I texted Adrianne so I didnt here what I said.

To: Layla

WHAT?! Are you crazy!!!!

Adrianne's POV.

I was watching the movie until I felt my phone vibrate.

To: Adrianne
From: Layla
I dare you to rest your head on Niall's shoulder. :D
Does she really think I would do that!?

When she said she will get me back, she really meant it. I didn't know what to say.

To: Layla
From: Adrianne
...Fine...

I waited a while, when Layla nudged me with her elbow reminding me of what I had to do. I looked at her and she smiled, thats basicly her way of saying ' I got you!'. So I moved my hair out of my face and put my head on his shoulder. My heart was pounding. We didn't know each other that well! What if he pushes me off? I didn't know what to do so I just played it cool and continued to watch the movie. A while after I had fallen asleep, still on his shoulder. I felt him move my head to his lap and Layla move my feet from the floor onto the couch. I was now in a laying position and was surprisingly comfortable. I then fell into a deeper sleep. I woke up to the feeling of someone stroking my hair. I opened my eyes and saw Niall hovering over me.

"The movie is over love" He smiled.
I didn't know what to say so I smiled back. I guess he noticed that I was so tired, because I felt him carry me bridal style to Layla's bed since he was going to use the pull out couch.

"Thank you." I whispered.

"Any time."He whispered back.

-------------------------------------------The Next Morning---------------------------------------------------

Niall's POV.

I woke up early and began to make breakfast for the girls, it was the least I can do for them letting me spend the night. I didn't want to go back to Candi's house, I just couldn't.

"Morning!" Adrianne said yawning.

"Good Morning sleepy head!"

"What are you making? It smells really good!"

"Thanks! I just made omelets for every one. You should go wake up Layla."

"Yum! Haha and I don't have to wake her up, she'll just smell it and come to the kitchen."
We laughed at the sight of Layla entering the kitchen with her pajamas, messy hair and all.

"I smell food. What did you guys make?"She groaned.

"Omelets. I made you one, come eat it before it gets cold." I said stuffing my mouth with another bite.

"Let me just go wash up. I look like a mess!" she laughed.

Adrianne's POV.

I was having so much fun with Niall spending the night and all, but I wanted to know what upset him so much to bring him here.

"Niall?"

"Yes love."

"When you got here, you were crying. Why?"

"Nothing. I wasn't crying."

"Niall Im serious, what made you so upset that you came here?"

"I broke up Katie and Harry with Candi last night.."

"What? Why!?"

"Candi made me ok! Im not proud of it so just let it go!" He yelled.

"How the hell did she make you Niall?! I can't let this go, how do you think Layla would take this? You know that Harry and Layla are close friends! And heres another surprise, he lives next door!" At this point we were both yelling at each other. I didn't like yelling at him, but what he did was wrong.

"Whoah! What's going on in here!" Layla said hurrying in from the other room.

"Why dont you ask Niall Im sure he'll tell you just fine!"I said throwing my hands up in the air.

"Niall. What is going on?"

"I-I helped break up Harry and Katie... I know it was wrong so you dont have to lecture me ok."

"YOU DID WHAT?! Why did you do that!?"

"Candi made him." I said mocking his voice.

" Oh god... You must be kidding me. I'm going over to Katie's to see how she is feeling."

"I thought you said Harry lives next door?" Niall questioned.

"Yea but Katie is a GIRL. She is probably in bed drowning in her own tissues. I'll be back soon."Layla answered quickly.

"Ok bye."

"Bye."

Layla's POV.

When Niall told me he broke up Katie and Harry, my heart sank. They looked so happy together. The way he asked her to dinner at lunch was so perfect. Poor Katie, I didnt know what I was going to tell her when I got to her house.
Once I got to her house her mom opened the door.

"Layla! I havnt seen you in a while!"Mrs. Mayfield exclaimed.

"Yea, I really need to talk to Katie. Is she home?"

"Oh dear. She has been in bed all day and doesnt want to tell me why."

"I figuered. Can I come in?"

"Yes of course! Katie is right upstairs."

"Thank you."
I walked straight to Katie's room knocking on her door slowly. But she didn't answer.
"Katie it's me Layla, and I know what happened. I want to talk." I said trying to convince her.
Next thing I know she is opening the door and falling back on her bed. I walked in and shut the door behind me.

"How are you love?"

"Terrible." she groaned.

"Sweetie do you want to talk about it?"

"What is there to talk about? I let myself have feelings for my bestfriend and look were it ended up. All those movies are LIES."

"Katie, there has to be a reason he did that! I mean I have known him ever since he moved in next door to me, and we became close friends. The Harry I know would never do that."

"And that's what makes it worse! It's like he meant to humiliate me!"

"Ok Katie relax! He has been your bestfriend for 3 years! 2 weeks ago if someone told you that Harry pored his feelings out to a girl and then kiss another outside to humiliate her, would you believe it!?"

"To be honest Layla, No."

"Ok so why are you here and not trying to figure out what happend last night."

"Yea, your right. Im ganna go over to Harry's now, can you drive me?"

"Yay! That's more like it!"

"Wait, but Layla I havnt told anyone. How did you find out?"
I was silent for a while.

"Niall told me."

"Niall? Who is Niall?"
I took a deep breath before replying.

"He is the boy who pretended you left your phone."

"That was fake!? God why would he do that?"

"He said Candi made him."

"Made him? How? Does she have something on him? And who is Candi?"

"I dont know I left to come see you once he told me. And Candi is.... Candi is the girl Harry kissed."

"Wow just by the looks of it, this Candi girl is a real bitch!"

"Yea she's the school's head cheerleader, so she thinks she can get everything she wants. And in this case it was Harry."

"Yea well not any more. He's mine and I wont let her take him from me!"

"Haha! Ok. Come on let's get going."

We rushed to my car to go to Harry's. As soon as we got there I could tell Katie was nervous, but I just let her have her space. When we rang the doorbell his mother answered.

"Katie! Layla! Hi!"

"Hi Mrs. Styles, umm can we talk to Harry?"

"Harry? I thought he was with you guys? He never came home last night."
