Layla’s POV.

“Wow. Uh. Heh. I’m ganna check on Adrianne. Tell Mrs. Stevens I’ll make up my work some other day.” I said to Niall and ran out the door to find Adrianne.

I saw her running, she had just turned the corner. I followed her until she finally sat down on a dust red curb and started to cry. I sat next to her ignoring my pants getting dirty and just hugged her, she must feel terrible right now. And I wouldn’t know what to say.

“It’s not something I could take in like nothing.” Adrianne choked.

“I know love. Just try to calm down.”

“How could he think I would be ok with it!”

“If it makes you feel any better, when I left to find you he was a mess. His face was pale eyes filled with pouring tears and you can just see how awful he felt.”

“Layla, it’s not that he HAS a baby that bugs me. Its that he knew he had one and LEFT. HE LEFT THE BABY LAYLA! What if this Jennifer girl decides to come to London find Niall and reunite him and his baby…”

“Cupcake, Niall adores you. Ok? He won’t leave you for some gym slut. I have to go and talk to Candia, so I want you to go talk to Niall. He is also in a mess.”

“Candi!? She threatened to KILL you! You can’t go see her!”

“Well I think there is more t her story. I think she could be really nice girl, but I have to crack her mean shell.”

“No Layla. I won’t let you. She’s a witch and I can’t even think for a moment if she hurts you… So just don’t.”

“I’m sorry, but I will. Nothing will happen! I’ll meet you at my house later tonight.”

I didn’t give her the chance to say anything else. I got off the curb, dusted my pants off and walked to my car so I can get to Candi’s house. When I got there I drove into a huge driveway. I got down and knocked on the door, an insanely cute guy opened the door.

“Uh Hi.” I uttered

“Hi” He said back.
I didn’t know who he was and I wanted to know!

“Are you Candi’s boyfriend?” I asked embarrassed

“HAH! He’ll no, I’m her brother. As a matter of fact, I’m not any ones boyfriend… So please tell me your single or I would look really stupid.” He said blushing and smiling shyly.

“Oh my god! She has a brother? And lucky for you I also don’t have a boyfriend.” I said blushing like a tomato and biting my lip.
Just then a car pulled into the driveway and Candi came out.

“Layla? What the hell are you doing here?!”

“I uh came to talk to you” I choked.

“Did I not make it clear that I DON’T LIKE YOU! Ugh! Get off my property or I’m calling the cops.”

“Woah! Candi don’t you think that’s a little much!” Her brother yelled.

“Shut up Luke! She is evil! Now leave!” Candi said pointing at the street.

“But-“ I cut him off

“It’s ok. I’ll go.” I said getting into my car.

Candi’s POV.

“Why would you let her stay more than a second on our front step! She’s bitch and doesn’t deserve to even breathe the same as me!”

“She seems really nice, and before you came in yelling at everyone I was going to ask her out.”

“Hell NO? I won’t let you- Wait a minute… Yes! Yes you have to go out with her and squeeze EVERYTHING out of her! Her money, secrets, make her do your homework. I don’t know just at the end, I want her to feel like crap.”

“What! No! Are you crazy!”

“Ok listen. She is not as sweet as you think she is. Let me tell you what she did. I had a date with Harry and we were having an amazing time until a guy told me to come back because I forgot something. Turned out it was a false alarm, but when I came back Layla was kissing Harry. I got upset so I left them there, Harry got upset and he left but instead of going home he got drunk and got into a car accident. Now they all think it was me and I’m not allowed to see Harry, but that prick is!”

“Wow. I’m sorry. I didn’t know the story, but I still don’t know if I can play with a girl’s heart like that.”

“Of course you can! It’s not like you’re doing it to a girl who deserves a good guy!”

“Still it seems a little to mean.”

“Oh grow a pair! She hurt me! Don’t you think she should pay?”

“Fine, I guess.” He sighed.

“Good. She works at the bakery so tomorrow before her shift starts work your magic.”

“Ugh whatever. I’m still iffy about this.”

Candi’s POV.

As I walked into my dark red room, the scent of my flower bomb perfume invaded my nose. I sat down at my desk and untapped my journal from the bottom and began to write.

Dear Journal,

Today I got closer to finally getting my revenge on Layla. She has the hots for my brother, and as long as he thinks she’s a phyco bitch he will play her heart like a piano. They don’t want to let me see Harry FINE! I have a plan for that to, I’m not going to write it in here before I do it so I won’t jinx it. Soon Harry Edward Styles will be mine.
Just then I heard a small knock at the door followed by the creak of the rust door hinges.

“Um Candi… Can I talk to you for a sec?” Sabrina said.

“What do you want? I’m busy.”

“Well I heard your conversation with-“

“Ah ah ah stop right there. I don’t want to hear ‘That’s not right.’ Or ‘Lying is not the way to solve problems’. You had NO right eves dropping on my conversation! So I want you to get out now or else.”

“But Candi-“
I cut her off there when I shoved her out the door. Her sleeve got caught on a nail popping out of the wall, so I pushed again harder this time. Deep red blood went everywhere, staining our perfectly white walls in the corridor.

“Good. That should teach you to stay out of my room next time.” I said and slammed my door dripping with Sabrina’s blood.

I heard small cry’s and her footsteps running down the hall calling for Luke to drive her to the hospital. I felt bad, but not bad enough to show her that it’s ok to just come in my room when desired. So all I have to do now with Sabrina out of my hair, is to come up with a perfect plan to kidnap Harry.
