~~~Hayden's POV~~~
I turn to see the one and only curly haired boy himself. He stands still staring at me with an unreadible expression. As soon as our eyes meet he grins. I give him a scowl and turn back to my work.

" look. I came in hear to apologize, I didn't meen to come off so....." He freezes at the last part allowing me to happily finish.

" pervy, gross, rude?"

He chuckles slightly.

" ya...I guess you could say that.."

I turn to see him sitting on my bed running his hand through his hair. His gaze is now fixated on the finished piece of art on my desk.



I nervously glanced at my shoes as the silence was a bit uncomfortable. I'm not used to attention from guys..and harry is the last person I'd want to be alone with.

" You really are talented Hayden! That's an amazing drawing.is that ur cat or?"

I couldnt help but smirk, I loved drawing and music. Music was my way of expressing my fealings , and art was my way of going somewhere else in the world and capturing my favorite scenes and experiences. Harry snapped his fingers infront of me starring at me.

" Oh umm thanks...and no...I don't have pets, cats are just my favorite animal..."

He smiled. " wow! I love cats to! Hey, would u like to go..I don't no grab a drink today?" As soon as I was starting to get comfortable with him he invite me to get drunk with him...ya I'm completely gonna do that at 17. I quickly shook my head

" no. But thank you." With that I turned and pulled some fresh paper out and started a new drawing.

" Oh c'mon hays! It'll be fun!" He tapped my shoulder now standing next to me. He called me hays.

" Harry no!" I said lowly yet irritatedly.he starred for a minut then got a smirk.

" Why? Have u never partied with someone?"

i shook my head " nope, and I'm not having a first time tonight."

there was was a hot breath on my cheek and I turned to see harry nearly inches from me.

" c'mon... Well have so much fun." He looked at my lips while dragging his between his teeth, his soft hand touched my sending chills down my spine, as he starred into my eyes nearly inches from me. I shook my head and pushed him away.

"no"

" why?"

" because harry! I no ur kind! U want nothing more then sex! Then u leave. Since I got here Uve said nothing nice and stared at me like I was a god damn toy! I'm not about to go and get drunk so you can take advantage of me!"

I saw saw hurt flash through him momentarily then Suddenly his eyes darkend.

" I didn't wanna party with a bitch like you anyway! I was just trying to make the guys happy and fucking ask! No wonder Uve never partied ur a selfish bitch who treats people like shit!" And there It was..just when I thought the insults were gone..they were back.

" Get out of my room!"

He chuckled.

" My pleasure, I don't wanna hang with an ugly bitch anyway." Ouch... Harry stormed out slamming my door leaving me there baffled...did I Deseve that?

no..I didn't, he asked why and was in my space so I told him. He had no write to say that...

I felt hot tears trickle my face. Quickly I threw my pencils in my special art box and went to the bathroom. I adjusted my cloths insuring no visibal bruises and stormed into my room grabbing my phone and throwing my guitar case over my shoulder.

tears still poring down my face I lightly hiccuped as I stormed into the living room were the guys and Eleanor sat talking while harry was on the porch.

eleanor saw me and quickly stood.

" Hey Hayden " I looked to the ground hiccuping slightly mumbling a hello and walked to the door.

Eleanor waisted no time and rushed to my side." Hayden? What's wrong?" I shook my head.

" Nothing....I just need some time..." I quickly walked out and left her there dazed.

as soon as I hopped in my car I placed my guitar in the passengers seat and pUlled my phone out. I quickly pulled out Eric's number and dialed him..I have no one else and he's sweet..so why not?

adter a few rings he answered.

"hello?"(Eric)

" hey Eric, it's Hayden."

" hey! I thought ud never call!" He said with a now happy tone making me giggle.

"I was wondering if you wanted to meet me at Starbucks in a few and I don't no hang out?"

There was no hesitation, he immediatly answered " yes!" I giggled.

" Ok well I'm already on my way there so...see u soon."

" ok hay, I'll be there in ten." I smiled at the nick name as I hung up. Hay..

i was was sitting at the back of the cafe watching for Eric to come in as I texted a worried Eleanor on my phone.

hey el thanks for texting. I'm fine he just hit a soft spot with some shit he said...I'll admit I went a bit far but he was getting to close for comfort and I panicked..tell him I'm sorry to... I can't come back right now though cause I'm out with a guy I met on my plane ride here. He's a friend :)

gently setting my phone down I looked up as the doors clicked open revealing a tall man with black hair. As he walked around the corner I realized it was Eric. He came over with a huge smile plastered on his face.

~~~Harry's POV~~~

i sat on the porch mentally kicking the shit out of myself for what I said to Hayden... She had every right to get upset...I was being an ass....truth is I only was wanting to get in her pants, but the more I'm around her the more I just want to get to no her...I don't recognize these feelings and there scaring the shit out of me...I also no my chance of getting to no her is out the door with the shit I said...

I walked inside getting glares from the guys. My eyes shoot to Eleanor who was smiling and texting.. I had to ask.

" Is that Hayden?" I swallowed a lump in my throat as she nodded.

i waited a few moments before asking.

" ummm..is she Comming back to hang out..I owe her an apology..."

" ur right styles you do! But she won't be back till tonight she's with a guy." Eleanor says looking to louis and smirking, while putting emphasis on guy.

" what guy? Her brother?" I felt dumb for asking but I had to no.

" No. He's a friend of hers she met the other day. She said there grabbing coffee then hanging out at the park for a bit."

I felt a pang of jealousy. Wait what? She's not even urs and u screwed it up! Why would you care? U said it urself ur up for shagging not dating. My sub contious yelled at me.

i flopped on the couch next to zayn who was texting I suspect to be perry and sighed watching as el and the others left to the secret game room in the flat.

as soon as the room was empty zayn spoke.

" u like her dont you.." He had a grin as his eyes stayed glued to the screen.

" What! No! She's just a shag. God..." I say glaring at him. He chuckles.

" That's a shame...she's really sweet, and I see how you look at her...it's how Liam looks at sophy or I look at perry. You like her...you just won't admit it..."

i shook my head i don't like her...do I?

i quickly scoffed and walked out not wanting to talk any further. I don't wanna go through what I did with Kendall...

~~~Hayden's POV~~~

i laughed loudly as Eric chucked a snowball at me. we've been hanging out for almost the whole day and we've gotten pretty close. It feels good to have friends...I just wish I had one I could confide in...but as happy as they make me I don't no if I can trust them..


I quickly threw one back hitting him in the mouth. He acted hurt even though I new that throw was week. he charged at me by surprise causing me to quickly turn and run letting out a laugh and mixed scream. I felt arms around my waist as he hoisted me up over his shoulder and twirled falling backwards into the white powdery snow.

he turned so I landed on his chest.

i looked at him panting out of breath from laughing. I noticed his eyes were a brighter shinear blue...they were beautiful. His eyes flicked from my lips to my eyes and he slowly leaned up. Realising what he was doing I froze, I've never done this before...

his warm lips pressed to mine and stayed waiting for a reaction. I quickly responded, and in moments we where in a mackout sesh. Our lips moving in sinc I smirked into the kiss slowly pulling away.

his eyes looked deeply into mine as he caught his breath..

" Go on a date with me?" I was still giggly from the kiss and nodded. He smiled and stood up holding me tightly like it was nothing.

we walked back to my car with huge smiles plastered on our faces. He walked to star bucks cause he was close so we've been using my car.

we jumped into the car and I immediatly drove off to the dorms.

i parked in my spot hopping out immediatly being joined by Eric who took hold of my hand and smiled.

" What floor are u on?" He asked as we stepped in the elevator.

" I'm on the 6th floor. What about you?"

"damn..I'm on the 3rd" he said with a frown..I smiled and shook my head.

" I'll walk you to ur room" he said as my floor came up. I simply smiled and led him to my room stopping and turning to him as I reached my door.

" I had fun hay." He said kissing the tip of my nose.

I smiled " me to...u were my first kiss..." My cheeks burned red as I told him that..
" I was?" His eyes were wyed and for a moment I thought he was gonna leave and call me some WIERD name. Instead he said

" I wish I would have known I'd had made it much more sentimental.."

I smiled." That was special enough.." He slowly leaned in cupping my face placing a soft kiss to my lips.

Are mouths moved in sync, and my hands went around his neck,

There was a click and then silence making me and Eric rip apart.
I looked over and saw harry staring with wyed eyes...this is awkward...
