The Exchange.

~~~Hayden's pov~~~

i slowlyd ragged myself out of the bed. I woke up an hour ago and can't seem to go back to sleep. I slowly dragged myself to the large bathroom and stripped down startingt he warm shower to wake myself up.

i slowly turned towards the mirror wincing at the horrid sight. My body was covered in bruises a
nod gashes from my dad, and chastity and her friends. I let a tear slip as the memories unfolded.

shaking my head I turned and hopped into the shower reminding myself that was over, I have already made two friends, I just needed to try and forget..but who could...somthing that's HAPPEND to you since elementary school doesn't just go away,..there's always somthing to remind you of it.

i washed myself off massaging my new lavender shampoo into my hair while humming radioactive by imagine dragons. The shower relaxed me a bit and I managed to plaster a semi happy look on me.

quickly jumpig out I wrapped myself in a towel and went to my suitcase to grab this.





I adjusted my scarf so the bruises on my neck were hidden and fixed my sweater so it wasn't wrinkled. I slid my bracelets on gently hiding the scars....I forgot to mention....I have gone low...I've cut, I still do but not as much...what do u expect from someone who is alone with no one to talk to. Everyone needs an outlet.

i grabbed my make up bag instantly slapping myself mentally. I had no concealer...there was a. Huge handprint sized bruise on my face and I had NO concealer to hide it..

I quickly blow dried my hair letting it fall in waves on my face. Making sure to adjust it over my cheek I walked out of the room. I went to Eleanor's room to find her on her laptop. There were two guys passed out in her bed doing...what looked like to be cuddling.ok...

" Hey Hayden!" She said in a normal voice. It was 8 am so I guess she didn't care if she woke them.

""hey el! Do u have any compact I can borrow?" She gave me a nodd and went to her bathroom. When she came out she handed me the little bottle.

" Here. Why do u need this though. Ur so pretty without makeup!"

" thanks...umm I don't know."

i said aid backing away keeping my focus on the two cuddling men. She followed my gaze and starred at the guys.

" Oh! Haha that's my boyfriend and his best friend. They came over last night to meet you but u were asleep. So they got a little...drunk." She said with a laugh.

"oh..I'm sorry I." She quickly interrupted me.

" Don't worry! I was hoping we could all go out to lunch today after ur meeting and hang out?" I smiled and said "sure" she cheered and quickly hugged me. My hair brushed to the side giving her a view of my cheek..shit..

" OMG HAYDEN!" She said pointing at my face. I winced at her yelling and backed away. The two boys in her bed didn't even budge.

" It's nothing...i..umm fell.." She shook her head.

" That's a bruise shapped like a hand Hayden!" I felt a tear in my eye .

" Can we talk later...I need to get ready." My shoes became very interesting. She sighed and said

" fine. But we are talking."

"Thank you...please don't tell anyone." I looked her in the eyes pleadingly. She sighed and nodded pulling me into a hug.

" Were friends...I just want you to no you can talk to me." I nodded and went back to my room to get ready for the day.

i emerged from from my room to bursts of laughter followed be Eleanor's.

i walked into the living room and everyone's eyes were on me. I let out a gasp realising who they were. There that world famous one direction band.

i mentally face palmed for not recognizing Eleanor.

" hello love!" Niall said standing and pulling me into a tight hug. I hugged back awkwardly. The others came back and hugged me as well. Is everyone a hugged in London.

we all sat on the couch while everyone sat around me. Eleanor sat on my right with louis while Liam and niall sat on my left. The boy I recognized to be zayn sat infront of me with...ugh harry.

they all smiled and untroduced them slves. I felt awkward as Harry's eyes burned into me...

~~~Harry's POV~~~
my eyes nearly burst as she walked out. She was beautiful. Her eyes were a hazel green and her long wavy hair perfectly cascaded of paver her shoulders. When she saw us she froze, nervously looking around. I instantly noted to myself she was the shy type.

the whole time she talked to the lads I stare at her trying to get her to look at me. Finally when she did she gave me a glare and returned her gaze to the others.
