*Maddy's POV*

"Are you ready to go?" Louis yelled up the stairs.

"Yup, let's go!" I said coming down the stairs and giving him a quick kiss before heading out the door. It's finally time for us to go visit my family in Nevada! I've been waiting since Christmas. Now Louis gets to finally meet my family in person, I can't wait for them to see all the reasons why I love him. Louis opened the car door for me and gestured for me to sit down.

"Why thank you." I said smiling at him and stepping in the car. Louis had already loaded our luggage while I was finishing up getting ready. He headed over to his seat and got in.

"Ready to meet my family?" I asked smiling over at him.

"Yes, and very nervous." He admitted to me.

"You've already technically met them, just not in person. You shouldn't worry about it. They already love you, don't worry." I said trying to sooth him.

"Still doesn't make it any easier. What if while the time we are there I say something wrong? Or do something stupid? Or-"

"Louis! Stop! They will love you, already do. Stop worrying, it's going to be okay." I said cutting him off and grabbing his hand. "I promise." I gave him a reassuring smile as he looked over at me. We drove the rest of the way to the airport hand in hand. Once we arrived we got out, grabbed our bags, and went inside. We quickly went through security, one of the benefits of having your boyfriend in One Direction. Once we arrived at our gate they were calling us to board. We quickly got on the plane and sat down.

"First class. You really did spoil me." I said smiling at Louis as he sat down next to me.

"Anything for you, you know that." He leaned over and gave me a quick kiss.

"Well thank you. This is going to be a lot comfier for an 11 hour flight than coach was." I admitted to him.

"That is the other reason I got first class, comfort." He said making me laugh slightly. I laid my head on his shoulder and sighed.

"Well wherever I am it's great if you're here." I said

"I agree, wherever I am is great." He replied. I playfully smacked him and laughed. "Alright!" He
said laughing along, "If you're here with me, it's perfect." He said kissing the top of my head.

"Louis, I love you." I said setting my chin on his shoulder and looking up at him.

"I love you too." He said smiling at me and giving me a quick peck. By that time the plane was getting ready to take off. I opened the window and looked outside. I watched as we got higher and higher above London. I watched it get smaller and smaller until I couldn't see it anymore. I had a huge smile on my face. I am finally going to see my family! I haven't seen them since I left, and that was a year ago. I felt someone grab my hand and squeeze it. I turned to see Louis smiling at me.

"We're on our way." He said to me.

"Thank you." Was all I could say. I don't know if he knows how much this means to me.

"Anything for you." He kissed me yet again and I laid my head back on his shoulder. I closed my eyes and let out a happy sigh, this is finally happening. My life is better than I could imagine. I have the best boyfriend ever, I love my job, I am heading out to see my family, it's all... perfect.
