Kennedy's POV

"Kennedyyyyyyyy, wake uppppppp! It is a VERY special day." Zayn shouted in my ear.
"Why? I don't wanna. I don't see what is so special about it." I mumbled into my pillow. That was a lie. Of course I knew what day it was. It was my 21st birthday!
"My new song is out today, silly." He chuckled. Whoa. Hold. Da fuck. Up. Forget something my oh-so-stupid fiancé. I looked up to see him smiling cheekily. Two can play at that game. I threw off the covers and stood up.
"Eh, so what? It will probably suck like all the other ones." I yelled from the closet.
"Ouch." Zayn pretended to look hurt. I came out of the closet, Dressed in a summery outfit.
"Luck me, I am with a super sexy woman on her super special day. And luck for me, her period is in two weeks." He smirked. I went cross eyed and gave myself and overbite.
"Yush, ai am tho thuper thpecial." I mocked Kim Kardashian, putting Zayn into a fit of laughter, causing me to giggle. Zayn grabbed my waist and pulled me in close, inches away from my face.
"Happy birthday, John." Zayn mumbled. I scowled. He knew I hated that nickname.
"You just ruined it, Malik." I spun away and leaped to the hallway. If ya couldn't tell, I dance. Three steps from the bottom, I turned around, made a face at Zayn, and did a backflip off the stairs. That is the benefit of dance. I can do any awesome trick anywhere.
"HURRY UP MALIK!!! I WILL LEAVE WITHOUT YOU!" I sang, twirling to the front door.

"Thank you, Zayn. This is going to be amazing. We had just arrived at the beach we had rented out for the day. No annoying fans, no paparazzi, just us. Only us, the sand, the ocean, and the critters. It WAS going to be amazing
