I waited at the creek, sitting on a thick log. Niall was supposed to be there any minute. And today I was supposed to admit my “feelings” for Niall.


But I didn’t have any feelings for Niall. He was my best friend. And I knew Jenny liked him. So why the heck am I trying so hard to get him to be my boyfriend? It wasnt even a big deal, what Jenny did. She had to hurry so she pushed me out of the way. So why did it require all this drama?


Because I am a demon princess. I can never get enough of people being angry, sad or frustrated. And I needed someone to be frustrated. So I went for Jenny.


“Hey Serena.” I heard from behind me. I turned around to see Prince Niall, stepping over a branch that fell from a tree.


“Hello Niall. Sit right here.” I said, patting the seat next to me. He sat down.
“So why did you want to see me, Serena?”
I sighed.


“Niall, I like you. I really do. And I know you like Jenny. But that’s ok. I just-” I was cut off by his lips brushing against mine.


“Shh. I like you too.” Niall whispered on my lips


. I smiled. More like smirked.
